V.Ed came to the the rescue, having been recommended by a friend, after we received an extortionate quote to have our scooter fixed on the North Shore. Ed couldn't have been more helpful and kept us updated, even sending photos, whilst fixing the scooter. B.Ed is such a great guy and really knowledgeable on scooters. He is trustworthy, which I wouldn't say about many guys in the business of fixing cars or bikes. I highly recommend if your needing help with your scooter. I've have had bikes serviced and purchased bikes from Ed too. I won't go anywhere else
J.Great Service. Took my 4 stroke scooter for a full service, ED did a awesome job. He's very honest and charges great prices, he shows you video of what you have done for peace of mind! he is also very honest, when asking about any upgrade options, he will tell you whether its economical or not (instead of just taking your money)! Scooter runs like a dream now and would go back anytime. Thanks ED! I see couple negative reviews here, I'm confident they are a piss take/troll. You can tell ED genuinely enjoys what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers!

my scooter was stored for 17 months. i took it to another mechanic, where i used to go, and they did an expensive service to it but the scooter still stopped running in the middle of the road after a few weeks. my mechanic was in holiday, it was xmas eve. i managed to talk to Ed, and organised to bring him my scooter on saturday. he was so helpful and professional. he did the service again, and did it properly and did it faster and cheaper than my previous mechanic. my scooter is now running as new and i will always go back to Ed, who is a great mechanic and a great person. i am so happy i now know about its garage!
R.I've left less than 5 reviews in my life, and Ed truly deserves one. I've never trusted a mechanic as much as I trust Ed. He's been nothing but friendly, kind and honest with me. I've had to bring my scooter to him 3 times. Two times were 30 minute jobs, and he let me sit there, talk to him, and watch him work, then charged me a quarter of the price that Scootling down the road does. The other time I had to leave my scooter for 2 days with him, and he sent me videos and explanations of everything he did. He is very very very fair with his prices, and an incredibly honest man. He also has two very cute Chihuahuas who sometimes come to work with him. He is the only mechanic I'll ever go to for my scooter. Thanks Ed!
J.Ed is one of the good guys. You can trust him to diagnose and fix your scooter with speed and very affordable pricing. He is totally honest and down to earth. After picking up my two scooters (half an hour's journey) and taking them off to his workshop, he rang me to explain their problems and the processes to fix them, giving me the opportunity to make decisions. A very thorough job was done and the outcome exceeded expectations. Very professional and a remarkable guy.

N.This is the place to take your scooter for servicing! I took a freshly purchased preloved scooter in for a service and a check over. I wanted piece of mind that all was as it should be. Super friendly, walked me through what would be done in the service and the overall state of my scooter. I thought he was very honest about the things that needed some attention and the things that didn't and he really put my mind at rest that she was good to go. Really reasonably priced no bull quality scooter servicing from a decent guy. Highly recommended.
V.Trust me if I say Ed is a good guy who wants to help you. Unfortunately, this business can get pretty nasty as there are way too many people trying to take in a broken scooter and put the blame on him afterward. No wonder he's lost trust to everyone.
I am a guy who always asks many questions, who looks suspicious and generally doesn't feel trustworthy at all. Here is an advice - don't be this kind of a guy with Ed. He's gonna hate you for this. And I can't blame him after everything he's been through. So be careful how you talk to him.
Service is good and genuine. Trust Ed's diagnostics. He knows everything about scooters.

C.Good service at a fair price, Edmundo was honest and fixed an urgent issue in no time. He did a full service for my TNT and gave me recomendations. Will take my scotter again in the future.. Pd. l.Ed does a very thorough job and even videos what he has done. He gives very helpful and honest advice about what your scooter requires and the options available to you.
