To All Second-hand car buyers. I spent a few days looking for a new (second-hand) car. Started out West. Ended up at 2Cheap Cars in Greenlane. Great service, no pressure. Ended up with a good Honda Fit, 2 grand cheaper than anything anyone else had to offer. Also, lower k's than all the other dealers offered. Next car, I'll be going straight to 2Cheap Cars.

The team was very accomodating, and at the same time, professional in their approach. I purchased a vehicle from them through this branch not long ago and the process was very clear and straightforward. Quality of used vehicles were good and looking forward to using our new (used) car!

Brought a Mazda CX-5 2013 from here. The branch manager and lady who were both working wasn't approachable and to top this i had called several times with no answer (prior to purchase). Then we took the vehicle for a test drive and returned asking if a simple part could be fixed as we didn't want this to be an issue down the line. 3 weeks later the vehicle warning light came on, we took the steps to follow the process taken the car to get checked and it turns out the car needed a new engine and possible Turbo replacement. The people at this particular dealer are not welcoming unless your financing through there finance company. Cash buyers, i recommend you shop elsewhere or at other locations. The reason i am supply a 3 star and not 1 is because the claims team "Mei" was very helpful and at the end of this i received a full refund. Went to another dealer and for the same price i received the same vehicle (same year) with add-ons (Fully Tinted, head unit in English) + the first owner in NZ and the Ks the same. When i left the branch with the car, they had called and asked me to return as they left toilet paper and printing paper in the boot??? The claims team is helpful from Start to Finish and are more transparent then the branches sales team and manager

Bought a car from Jack on labour weekend. Very helpful person. He made everything stress free. Applied for car finance on Saturday, picked car up the next day. My brother and I visited 3 other branches of theirs including the famous botany branch and test drove the same model car at each, before deciding greenlane had the best car. Customer service - they not pushy salesman, they let you take your time. They say hello and ask if we need any help etc. Don't expect them to know everything about the car because their not mechanics, lucky my brother is one. If you visit this branche don't go into their driveway where the cars are parked. Take the next driveway, it's a shared long driveway which connects to 2cheapcars parking all the way at the back.
