J.The most important aspect of customer service is the aftersales service and these guys have nailed it! I recently bought a car from them and after taking delivery I noticed the brakes were noisy. I was advised that the brakes needed replacing. I notified the team at 500 Autos and they ordered the parts and had the new brakes fitted at their expense! Most other car dealers would have said sorry you bought the car as is, it has passed it's WOF etc. I had a great experience with 500 Autos. Kudos to Albert and Cash for keeping their customer a happy one!
