Pedro, Jason and the Team were absolutely AWESOME! Amazing over the phone when taking my enquiry and then moved heaven and earth around for me to get me in for a Service and fix a couple of things on my new Purchase and all at Xmas time too. Amazing Customer Service! Customer for life now!

Heard great things about Jason and his team, now I can say them. Quick easy and cost effective. Came in for an outboard service but damaged trailer on the way to drop boat off. They came up with a solution and sorted quickly. Thanks for your help! see you next year.

Great crowd to deal with, Jason and the team are the best in the business. I originally purchased my outboard from Jason about 7 years ago and continue to come back as the service is fantastic, from repairs to servicing and even just general advice - they can even sell your boat on their yard now. Called a few places to get the seized outboard steering sorted before the long weekend and everyone was busy. Jason said the same but would be able to fit it in as it wasn't a long job. They got it done and also sorted out another recurring issue and did it right. Customer service was great, charged what we discussed over the phone. Will be using these guys from now on. These guys serviced my outboard just before I stored my boat for 4 years and I just got it out and it started straight away, took a while to write a review but the proof is in the pudding. 👍

One of the workers here is the definition of a LEGEND! Pedro is the man you want to see if you have a Suzuki outboard! My first time using Active Outboards and the experience was phenomenal. When leaving your boat somewhere to get serviced you can be confident that these guy will NOT over charge you. I am extremely happy I went here and would be confident you will too.
