Excellent service and very fast transaction. We came here to look for a SUV and was able to eye on several range. The sales agent Raj was very helpful to show us around and he's so knowledgeable on the different cars. He answered and explained to us clearly all our queries. After we decided on the car we wanted, the lovely branch manager took us through the paper works which didn't take so long. Our new car was delivered to us after just few days and really happy with the service extended to us. Highly recommended 👌

Took my car in for its 3 yr paid service. Had to call them over 3 days to get an appointment. No one called back in response to the voice messages that I left. The person at reception was very friendly and informative. Was informed that the car was ready to be picked up after 3 hrs as promised. However, I found that the car didn't look like it had been washed or vacuumed. On enquiry I was told they did a waterless wash- no idea what that meant. I was told I could come back the next day and leave the car to be cleaned again if I chose to. Not very pleased with the quality of service provided.

I walked into Kia Newmarket after spending weekend after weekend at Turners and another car company yard, after feeling “over” the car searching process I stopped into Kia on my way home where Jivaan helped myself, my partner and my father look around. I want to thank the team at Kia Auckland Central for there friendly and fast service, it was a pleasure to go there, the experience was impeccable. Showroom was unusually busy with many people after 3pm on Sat. Short handed sales reps were running around to organise test drive and answering qustions,etc. Still smiling and keep apologising for slow interaction, but they did their best to meet the demands for sure.
