T.Sadly I had a bad experience with the service department recently which I posted on a Google review. I have now received a call from the service manager along with an apology. I offered to edit my review to disclose the apology as I now understand that processes are in place to avoid a repeat.
I look forward to the good service I have previously been accustomed to when my next vehicle service is due.

Their staff are more than willing to have a chat about your needs, give great advice around what will fit them and more. I couldn't have been more happier with my time there and they take such good care of you. The manager Tony is an absolute pleasure to talk to and Josh, one of the sales people follows up with you to make sure everything has been going good and well with the car. I couldn't recommend it any more highly. Fast and quick reliable service which is what the world needs in these ever changing times. I am going to be telling friends and family about it for sure. Small acts go a long way in customer service. Great experience.
Y.I come here regularly to have my car serviced when it needs to be. Very friendly staff that know how to take care of a customer. I had come in to have my car assessed due to another driver rear ending my vehicle. I was shown great hospitality with coffee and an area to continue my work while they took care if my car. Give this place a visit if you're serious about purchasing a reliable car and you will receive outstanding service from anyone there. An added bonus is the coffee machine! I always look forward to getting my car serviced!
B.Amazing place to buy a car. Kudos to Chris and Tony for sorting out a new Kona for us. They’re not pushy at all and are transparent in their dealings with people.

Best car service I've ever received.
My new Hyundai Tucson had a recall part that needed to be changed, I received a letter to notify me. I then received a call from their exceptionally friendly and professional customer care team to arrange for the service to be booked in. They had a spot to book me in just three days later.
After our call, I received a text and email confirmation. I then had a follow up text the day before my service to remind me about it.
Upon arriving at AV, I parked and walked into reception - I was instantly greeted by a friendly person at the front desk and they knew exactly why I was there without me saying a word.
They confirmed why I was there and told me how long it would take. I then handed over my keys and with no further fuss, I was pointed to the waiting area where there was comfortable seating, wi-fi and hot coffee.
A short while later and within the timeframe given, the person assisting me walked up to me where I was seated, handed me my key and said it was all sorted and I was good to go.
I have owned a brand new European vehicle and experienced their level of service, it’s a far cry from the service I received here today.
No frills, no fuss – just professional and friendly customer service. Thank you!
K.I recently moved to the country and needed a far more practical car than the one I had. I don't like 'practical' so Stevie from this branch set about helping me customise my vehicle. I absolutely love it and am so happy with the way it turned out. Nothing was too much trouble and she made great suggestions to help me make my final decisions. Such a positive experience - and my car is perfect! So many cool features, I'm so happy with it.
W.Good people service but surely more parts could be stored in NZ. I only wanted a $2 pin for my Accent glove box, and need to wait for it to be ordered from AU

G.Needed parts for my i30 and was able to order over the phone. Was able to call in to collect and pay a couple of days later when they had arrived. Even though it was early in the morning Gt South road was fairly congested and I chose the wrong entrance, parking was fairly full too (before advertised opening time) Staff members were helpful and gave pointers on how best to fit the parts.
M.Family upgrade as my daughter is starting Uni so I left her with our old but faithful car. I brought an IX35 elite that I'm super happy with. Update Dec 2019: Another year, another visit. Not the cheapest place in town, but good value for money given their expertise, speed of completing the work, and the car was groomed well. Have had worse service from other Hyundai dealers in Auckland, so I'll keep driving across Auckland to come here.
K.I attended the Hyundai event day in Ellerslie in 2019 and wasn’t getting much luck with the original person who was helping me when Stevie from Auckland Hyundai swooped in and offered her services.
I wasn’t able to find the right vehicle for me however Stevie has made the whole process really easy, kept in touch via txt/calls and let me know when new cars came in that may have suited me.
Stevie has made the whole process comfortable and easy she has been super helpful and she’s excellent to work with.
K.Grant Vincent and the team at Auckland Hyundai always make us feel welcome and special and always give as A++++++ service. We have no hesitation in referring our friends and family to Auckland Hyundai as we always know that Grant and the team will look after them. Whenever we have needed a service for our vehicle it has never been a problem and they will go out of their way to ensure we have a courtesy vehicle to use while our car is being serviced - this is greatly appreciated as we are extremely busy people trying to run a business and we are heavily reliant on a vehicle.
A.Have dealt with Auckland Hyundai (and its previous name ) since its inception. Grant runs a great team here and I find they will go above and beyond what is required of them. Today in for a service they were especially good.
