N.I spent lockdown searching for a Toyota Aqua and found a very competitively priced one pop up here after months of looking, which I ended up purchasing.
As this is my first time buying a car, I can't say I'm experienced in doing so. However, I am very happy with my purchase, and Jase was by far the best salesman to deal with out of all the car yards I visited in the process. He was very straight up, informative, not at all pushy about making the sale or upselling me on extras, and overall was a pleasure to deal with - a stark contrast to all the flashy dealerships I suffered through before coming here.
D.I bought a 2011 Toyota Prius from Bei and Jase. The hybrid battery died shortly after I got the car home. They provided excellent service and replaced the hybrid battery for me. I now have a car with ten years or so on the battery! These guys are the real deal - honest, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended.

S.I chose to purchase a my first car from B&Z Trades because they were local and also the price of their cars was amazing. Lets just say you get more for the price you are paying!! Which is what I did. I originally went in for another car and ended up purchasing a different car but same model. As it was my first car Jase was amazing in educating me of all the different aspects of the car and was on call and quick to communicate with me throughout the whole process. He made it such a breeze no hassles. Jase has also assured me to contact him anytime after I have bought the car which is awesome. I left the yard feeling excited and reassured and also the proud 1st NZ owner.
