At no stage did we feel pressured to purchase and he gave us the time to think about our options and make a decision. C.First time at this branch. Nice big Parts & Servicing area, big customer waiting lounge with kitchenette and clean bathroom. Took car there for servicing and had spark plugs replaced. All up it took about 2.5hrs and cost $460 . It could have been more expensive but they said the job was completed earlier so a bit cheaper. That was good to hear cos you'd never hear anything like this at the Greenlane or Grey Lynn branches

Had a drive belt replaced and fog lights adjusted, despite being under pressure Toyota’s service dept booked it in midday Friday and after a slight communicative mishap on Saturday I was able to pick the car up outside of normal hours (huge thanks to Alan).
Having been around a bit I’m confident saying pricing is reasonable for what they’re selling. If you went here looking for a cheap option you may have missed the point, which is quality dependable workmanship and genuine parts. I have certainly paid more for less in the past.
Have read preceding reviews and can only guess some are attributable to teething problems given the workshops two years young, as for the occasional pricing complaint you get what you pay for, I value quality work at midrange pricing as was delivered by this team.
H.Dan fu was great to deal with, very good communication about what's happening with the new car and how far it was. Easy to get ahold of when needed and the pick up smooth during level 3. A+ recommend. Thanks Dan for your assistance. Unfortunately due to the covid level 3 restrictions I couldn't be shown all the features of the new highlander but Dan the man was happy to help once the levels went down .

N.As expected of Toyota, excellent and top notch customer service level. Nice brand new facility - run by the same franchise in Manukau (by far, my preferred Toyota franchise). Had a car serviced here earlier - no hassle at all. More recently, had a quick and prompt same day replacement of wiper blades. So far, requesting information from Parts team has been precise.
