I.I need my car diagnosed due to some mechanical issue. I made my phone call and booked an appointment to bring my car in. The whole team from technician, service team members and the crews are very helpful and friendly. The service was good. No need to wait very long. Browsing all the amazing cars. R.Generally always good to call in, especially for a catch up with some of the staff, Julie in particular, she is a really neat lady and a huge asset for this company. Everyone else is also generally happy, helpful and asking if one requires help in any way. This is up in the showroom, at the service area plus the tire shop, just everywhere, I enjoy just popping in for the good coffee and great people.
If you want a fantastic car you cannot go passed the AUDI, there is something available to meet most people's needs, great display of different models and helpful, not too pushy sales staff.

B.i had a service carried out on a Saturday morning, when i booked i was told i wouldnt be able to get my car clean after the service. i was pleasantly surprised when i turned up to pick up my car that it had been vacuumed and a light clean. Great customer service. Dont go if your looking for cheap but you have the reassurance you have the experts looking after your car.
K.Recently bought a car form Allen and the team at Audi Continental after almost 6 months of on and off researching. Allen and the team were FANTASTIC to deal with. Very knowledgable about the car pros/cons and quick to respond, super patient and accomodating with all my requests. Allen organised a few test drives including two overnight drives which really allowed us to get to know the car better. I know many sales folks out there talk the talk when it comes to sales and service however this team really walks the walk in terms of service! In addition am super happy with the car itself and the 3 year Service plan + 5 year Warranty is hard to beat with other Makes (I have tried...). I would highly recommend Allen and Audi Continental Newmarket.
