I took my daughters VW Polo in for a failed Passenger side daytime driving light. Phillip Badenhorst was just excellent. He found out that it wasn't just the bulb, but a melted fitting. They had the replacement part later in the day, at a very reasonable cost and fitted it free of charge. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Serviced my car here twice and like their system with marking jobs as urgent or not so urgent. Although they are hard to reach via phone and email inbetween services.

Service was amazing thankyou David and the Finance Guy, I forgot his name :)

I was very impressed with the sales person we had , Chris Wang. He was very patient to go through all details with us, again and again. He was able to explore our needs and address them specifically. We actually purchased a car not originally what we wanted but what our family needed in the end. I was also impressed with his knowledge of cars from his experiences working in the car services department. Great service! Good job team!!

Like the previous reviewer says the service department does not pick up calls or return messages. Very frustrating to deal with and very poor communication when I did actually manage to speak to someone. They did a good job of repairing the car and we are very happy with that side things.

Despite being a walk in with a broken down car, first thing on a Friday morning, the service manager Rodney immediately assisted me. Very impressed with the professionalism and customer focus.
