P.Good for service and WOF on Hyundai. Will keep bringing my vehicle back while the service remains good. Cleanest workshop I've ever seen too. Could be a little warmer on the welcome but not a big issue.
N.Showroom was clean and tidy but services can be improved . Straightforward pricing was not provided upon multiple requests.
C.Great experience with East Auckland Hyundai. We came in to look at a used vehicle and were treated to a great experience. Our sales rep Anthony was cheerful and knowledgeable, and treated us seriously and with respect. Other dealers have been dismissive, and made it feel like they were doing us a favour, but Anthony was very accommodating and valued our time. We bought the car and left with it same day. For a used vehicle it was really well looked after and seemed brand new, even had factory plastic on some of the interior lights. Anthony suggested we get postpone the courtesy detailing until after our big road trip that we were making 2 days after purchase, which worked out really well for us. Will definitely be back when we look for our next vehicle!
E.My Veloster stopped in peak hour traffic. When I finally got it started I managed to limp into East Auckland Hyundai. Despite not having a booking, they set me up with a brand new loan car and set to work finding out the problem with my car. I was kept informed throughout and although they had to send away for the part I was happy with the loan car. Their staff are fantastic especially the Receptionist who went above and beyond my expectations. A terrific team.

I.Had the most amazing experience at Hyundai East Auckland. They took as much time as was required to find me the perfect car. I could not be happier. The team were incredible and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase and that I understood all the amazing parts to running a Hyundai Tucson before driving off, of which there are many!
