eRYD are a fantastic company. I have the Matt White Glide and my partner has one as well. We enjoy our scooters usually on the weekends when we have good weather. We researched and soon learnt that they are a NZ owned company which is pretty awesome! with that in mind you can see they actually care about their customers, your not just a sale. We feel valued and happy with our whole experience so we are happy to recommend eRYD 💯👍🏼

eRYD is such a cool brand! Their scooters not only look great but they work really well. I brought my first scooter almost a year ago and I have had no problems just the normal wear and tear which I’ve been able to purchase tyres through them. I’m excited to receive my new Armani Pro in Matt Black & Rose Gold what a sexy colour combination making it a fashion statement hah! Can’t wait to show it off, the features are stacked. So much value and quality. Thank you eRYD I’m a very happy customer 💎

I’m very impressed with this company eRYD. I found them through online. Purchased the new Armani Pro recently ultimately because of its impressive features and price. I needed a transport solution for daily commute. I also spoke to the owners of eRYD before ordering and they were very professional and friendly. I looked around at other escooter brands in NZ and was not impressed. If your looking for a trust worthy brand here it is.

Best electric scooter brand in NZ. They gave me a demo on how to use it before I purchased and then I forgot how to change the speed settings so they sent me a video. Having great customer support long after the purchase in my opinion is important. eRYD treat their customers like family. Glad I found you guys!!

I’ve been on a few different hired scooters. Decided to buy one out right to get to work. Saw the Armani Pro on an ad and looked into eRYD. They looked professional, gave them a call and sure enough. Looking forward to receiving the new Armani Pro. Impressed by all the added features and being a solid Polynesian boy I need something that’s sturdy. Thanks eRYD happy to recommend!

Hi, we purchased EYRD Matt Black scooter for our son who has a disability in hope of him to be able to be more mobile. We researched ERYD scooters online & was impressed by other reviews so went ahead & bought one. Excellent service throughout purchase, quick delivery & this was done over lockdown! Our son had an accident while using his scooter, nothing to do with scooter and the EYRD team was so accommodating with getting us the part we needed to fix scooter. The Armani Pro model is by far the best electric scooter. They have definitely put this together nicely. The added features are outstanding. I’ve tried many hired scooters & I brought their first model that my son claimed but this one is also money well spent. The All Terrain Tyres allow for more weight which is one of the reasons why I got this one. I’m 6ft and on the heavy side. The Samsung battery gives it more power. The rear suspension is awesome as well to cushion the journey and the rose gold is a nice touch I thought would look on the feminine side of things but it’s a great unisex colour. A lot of features to name a few. Well done eRYD! My son wants this one haha 😫

We purchased 2 Matt Black eRYDs about a year ago & upgraded the tyres about 4 months after we purchased, haven’t had any issues. We saw their new model, we just ordered better specs & performance. We highly recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service, we purchased the Matt White eRYD received it the next day and ended up ordering another one in Matt Black because they are just pure awesome! Happy with our escooters & more than happy to recommend to anyone 💯

eRYD has my 100% recommendation. My battery had water damage and they replaced it without question and they didn’t need to as it’s clearly not covered in the warranty. I’m very thankful. A company that goes beyond like this is always a great one. Thanks once again eRYD.

5 Star service. I got a flat tyre on one of my scooters. Contacted eRyd and the sent me out spare at no cost the very next day. So easy to deal with, quick response and excellent service.
