I've been buying cars for over 50 years. I have never recommended any dealer until now. The car was exactly as advertised, they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and when I discovered a fault a few weeks after purchase, it was repaired promptly. No fuss. Well done Stanley.

Super stoked with the service from Jack and his team. I purchased a BMW 116 at a very competitive price and I’m very happy I decided to go with Genesis Motors. Genuine down to earth service, top quality cars at great value. I have felt very well looked after with no issues with the vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Very good service from Stanley. He helped me in a genuine way that went well beyond the norm. You can tell the character of a person and a business when something goes wrong. He immediately put the issue right. Trustworthiness is hard to find! And I am very pleased with the snazzy car I bought.

Overall good experience, I have trade in with my black BMW to a comfortable and luxurious N Fuga, have given me a reasonable cost after negotiations, the customer service was fine too as always picked up my phone and replied to my phone. Genesis Motors is worth checking out and I will suggest others too & Stanley has been great with an insight and knowledge about Cars range☺️ I will consider again in the future! 👍🏼

I bought a VW golf GTI from Walt at Genesis motors in Christchurch. The service from the beginning was friendly and sufficient. Walt clearly has strong product knowledge, telling me facts about the cars history. Walt worked tirelessly to have the car ready for me in a great condition. Providing me with his own car until it was time to exchange. Walt was fantastic with keeping me updated throughout the process. I could garentee that if i sent him a message, he would reply within the hour. Walt has done a great job at building a relationship with me as a client that i now know for certain, when i need an upgrade, i'll be giving him a call. Great work team!

Bought a car from them a month ago. No problems so far. Everything as advertised. I paid an AA inspection, just to be 100% sure, they found no problems. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone who needs a reliable car.

Stanley from Genesis Motors has been the most patient and responsible car dealer my husband and I have came across. For a second-hand car salesman, he had certainly broken the usual stereotype. The few times we went over, he was always busy but would always make sure we were attended to when we needed assistance. His team coordinated sales together seamlessly and promptly. Instead of washing his hands off any matter after sales like how some other salesmen would do, he always spent time advising me about it. He always made sure to return my calls if he missed my calls. I couldn't thank him enough for all that. My husband and I will always recommend our friends who relocate to Auckland to get their cars from you due to your great before and after sales service.

Jack at Genesis Motors has been amazing to deal with. I brought a vehicle from him through trademe. He has been very accommodating as I live in Wellington by sending videos and up dates on getting the vehicle ready and road legal. There was some kinda incident from the time it was loaded onto the transporter to it arriving at my door. Jack has been awesome grooming sort it out. Would absolutely recommend

We brought an Outlander off Walt down in CHCH, he has been nothing but fantastic. Initial viewing of the car he was very honest, and informative about our outlander. The sale was quick and easy. Unfortunately we had some radiator issues with our Outlander in Nelson, so we got in touch with Walt who was again fantastic.. the repairs were covered under warranty and completed quickly, so we were not left out of pocket or stuck in Nelson! I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Walt, he is not one of those “typical card yard blokes” which we have experienced in the past...Cheers Walt @ Genesis Motors! - Bec & Josh.

My wife and I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Stanley from Genesis Motors. The first car a 2004 Toyota Corolla Spacia wagon over 5 years ago and have had thousands of trouble free motoring from it. The second vehicle we recently purchased was a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander for our daughter with her young family it was the perfect option. We noticed the tyres were quite worn and mentioned this an Stanley didnt hesitate to offer a brand new set of tyres at his cost price which was very heavily discounted. Both vehicles were fully serviced and groomed on pick up and there finance options were simple competitive and very realistic. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend Genesis Motors and the friendly accommodating staff.

Great service 200% sure and good quality car for sure! I been going on different car yard but this car yard is one of the best they all know something about cars not like those one that they have to lie for everything to get a customer.
