Just want to say a big thank you to Samuel Derham for a great car purchasing experience. We showed up at Giltrap Nissan on a bit of a spur of the moment decision. We were dressed down in track pants and had our 3 year old with us but were still taken completely seriously. We happened to find the car that we wanted and despite it being a Saturday, everything was rushed through that day and we picked up our car on the Monday. Sam was completely helpful throughout the whole process, including seeing us through a few small after purchase things which needed to be wrapped up. We would highly recommend Giltrap Nissan and Sam to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

Zach and GM Mike were so helpful in finding a car that was perfectly suited to me. They were friendly to deal with, and their communication was always clear and timely. Zach went above and beyond in sourcing accessories needed for the car, and presenting the car with a giant red bow on pick up! A++ service.

The call centre forwarded our details to a young vibrant salesman who quickly followed up, understood my requirements, offered a few pertinent options, and the deal was swiftly done. Ishan Aramatunga was a pleasurable young professional in all aspects. Thanks mate

Ishan is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is approachable, professional and prompt. Ishan managed my expectations and then exceeded them.

The purchase of my car was short and sweet. It was my first test drive appointment, and I decided to buy the car on the same day. Didn’t even go to the next appointment. First of all, I am very fussy about the grooming, Zach and Branch manager Mike was very accommodating regard to pre-settlement conditions (Grooming). There was a small cap on the rear bumper missing, and I was really upset because it took a long time to solve the issues, but it got sorted out in the end by Zach and Mike. I understood it was out of their control due to the pandemic. Zach is a competent sales professional, his passion and friendliness is genuine and also has a very good sense of humour. He prioritised the suitability of my purchase over other things, I did not feel been rushed or pushed into anything. It was a very good choice indeed. The process of buying this car was fun and absolutely worry FREE. I bought with confidence. Beautiful car I absolutely LOVE! Thank you for taking the extra mile :) A bright red bow was the icing on the cake.

Zach is a reliable and helpful person. He explained everything to me about my new car and made me feel that there was no silly questions. I love his sense of humour, which makes me feel relaxed. The shopping experience was very pleasant.

Went to get a new X-Trail after a friend suggested the model. Excellent service throughout by Sam Derham- He was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Not pushy, but made sure to call us back for a follow-up (none of the other dealerships did that, except for Honda's). Although we got a good deal, there was still the option of a slightly cheaper car under a different brand- we decided to go with Nissan mainly because of Sam's service (also helped by Matt). This will be the first place to look for any of our future cars and I totally recommend it to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service. There is also a waiting room with FREE COFFEE, TEA AND COOKIES! They will offer you services but not shove it in your face. I also didn't feel taken advantage of at all given my lack of vehicle knowledge. Thinking of servicing my car here from now on.

Good experience with a routine service. Courtesy car, free coffee & upstairs customer lounge is really nice. Complimentary Carwash & Vacuum was done well - pity my car was already dirty again by the time I got home..... thanks heaps guys!!
