TOM from Grande Motors is the absolute best!! Totally will always be coming back here for vehicles solely because of him (though the other staff were friendly too). He was super helpful, trustworthy and really knew his stuff. Was always working super hard and just an all round great dude - sorted out so much for me with my new car. Bought a beautiful lexus gs350 from these guys at the beginning of August, my second car I've purchased from this yard as my previous one gave me 4 years of great motoring. The team were relaxed in giving me all the time I needed to browse the yard, and once I had picked out my car their finance team accommodated my needs, matching the best offer I had received elsewhere and gave me a more than generous price for my trade in. Then, a few days ago my lexus developed a noisy rear wheel bearing, I got I'm touch with vlad the manager and he lent me a car and got the problem sorted for me within 2 days at no cost to myself. Top dealership, great cars at good prices and an honest team as well. Will buy from them again no question.

I have purchased a Honda fit recently. I search online for the best deal and I have try a few from different vendors to compare the price & conditions. Grande give me the best vehicle and price. I also trade-in my old car and price is very reasonable. The 2nd hand car market is very competitive and I think Grande is doing well in terms of the quality as well as the process. I have bought 2 cars of Grande Motors and I don’t regret it so far, because had no problems with cars whatsoever. Had one indicator light go but they have replaced it right away. Stuff were really helpful and easy to deal with when I was making a decision and buying. Both cars were in a very tidy condition and ready to rock and roll. Cars were also much cheaper than anywhere I could find in New Zealand for what they were. I would recommend this car yard to anyone that is looking for a reliable bargain and a friendly environment.

We had a great experience with these guys. All the communications were smooth, and it was very easy to find the vehicle we wanted. They offered us a few nice options to choose from. We had a test drive, though we came in 30 min before closing time. On the day when we came to pick the car up the vehicle was fully groomed. Also they gave us a great price on our trade-in. Their vehicles have a much nicer cosmetic condition compared to the other dealers not to mention that the mileage on many cars is quite low. Highly recommend them.

Went there to have a look at cars, knew which i wanted to test drive, there knowledge on vehicles average. The wait time for being able to test drive vehicles 10 minutes as rep was back n forth with different customers rather than getting help from other staff there. When test driving car didt feel or sound the way others of its model should and being tiptronic it was idling at 2000 rpm constant rather than the 8 to nine hundred they should of this type, when brought back was waiting for another 10 min handed keys over wont go back due to customer service level and dodgy car

Excellent service. Got myself a great car. There was a slight electrical problem with the car but the mechanics they use are excellent. They worked until 9pm to fix it so I did not have to stay in Auckland overnight. Recommend to everyone.

Bought a 2013 Prius from these guys. Very professional from start to finish, every inquiry was handled well and the car was delivered on time despite a tight time frame and modifications needing to be done. My only criticism would be the "professional grooming" was not up to scratch but I don't care about that personally, its more important that the car is as described. I would definitely buy again from Grande Motors, but the real test is when things go really wrong

The radiator cracked a month after purchase and even though I am in Wellington they were helpful resolving the issue and contributing towards resolution. Would buy through Grande again.

Late last year I purchased a Honda Integra from Grande Motors and it was one of the best experiences with car dealers in a long time. It was one of the few we would be checking out on that day. We came took it for a test drive fell in love the car was great condition low km's for a fantastic price. After taking it for a test drive we had a few other yards to visit. We then came back at the end of the day they let us test drive the car again as we were a still on the fence with purchasing anything. The staff are so friendly easy to get along with and dont pressure you into a purchase. Unfortunately the car was stolen a few months after purchasing. Will likely return to Grande Motors in the future to purchase another vehicle.

I can't rate these guys highly enough, their 'after customer care' is above and beyond what I believe a lot of other places would do. The issues we are experiencing are neither the fault of Grande Motors nor ours, it appears that just sometimes you get something that tests all boundaries. After looking for a couple of months, I found one at Grande Motors in Auckland, staffed by the nicest bunch of people I've ever dealt with at a car sales. I bought a new Mazda Demio from Dimitri at Grande Motors last month. It is a great little car and so far have been very happy with it. Dimitri made sure the car had it's oil changed, he also got a radio band expander fitted the same day and repaired a small tear in the seat fabric at no extra cost. He gave me a lift to the mall to go shopping while it was getting done to which was great! The car came with two keys. Dimitri was quite casual in his manner, but It was a positive experience and I would look to buy a car from them again in the future.

Located in Mt Wellington (Sylvia Park), this is the base location of Grande Motors; there are two other yards throughout New Zealand. I was greeted by Abraham and had negotiated a trade-in. We were able to get on terms and I was invited inside by Vlad. Within a few days, I was able to trade-in my previous car without any hassles, very satisfied with the outcome. Purchased a Toyota Aqua 2013. Rego and WOF was done by the staff. Would recommend a visit as they have a large range of vehicles to see.

My husband and I bought an x-trail from Grande Motors last month. All advertising said 2.5L petrol, sale and purchase agreement said 2.5L petrol. We took it home. Had it for a week and NZTA paperwork arrived in the mail. NZTA paperwork said it was only a 2L. We checked the engine and sure enough it was only a 2L. We took it back to Grande Motors where they refunded us immediately along with the money we had paid for a full tank of gas and a new key we had had cut. I don’t think they meant to mislead us on purpose, however this has been an absolute waste of our time and a complete muck around.
