Im so glad I found Gulliver! Its a whole new buying experience with them! The kind of great service, customer treatment and the way they present the car to you on the day of collection is SUPERB! They reached a whole new level for customer experience! 👍💯 I chose a 2nd hand 11 yr old European car which had a few wear and tear issues. 4 days later when I collected the car, it totally FELT AND LOOK like BRAND NEW. Seriously. No joking. They changed every part they felt had to go, looked spoilt and even gave me a new set of tyres. Cool as! No doubt about the car already. Their mechanics , the guys who does the repairs , washed and gave the car a whole new uplift totally rocks 💪👍 Software is Extremely important as well don't you agree ? This was the best purchasing experience ever! Thank you very much for the salesperson Sherlyn, she did everything for us. Purchased my Honda Insight from Gulliver North Shore a couple of weeks ago. So far so great. The purchase experience was fantastic. Lots of selection on their website (this is where I started). Friendly staff, in particular Tony Shin who was very accomodating to our needs. Flash showroom, you'd be surprised at the quality of their cars, they all look brand new! Quality of documentation is also unparalleled. Do be patient however as this place can get very busy at times. This is not surprising as Gulliver is proving to be very popular. A friend and I discovered Gullivers one night driving along and went in for a look, we were met by an extremely welcoming team and it left an impression. Fast forward to this week and I have just bought myself a new car through them! There was a good range all in excellent condition and the prices are great for the car you are getting. I think the best part about buying here is the after service, they go the extra mile in every way. Because I had bought one of the cheaper vehicles I thought I might have a few bits to change on it after I get it but Gullivers looked after everything! Quite a very good, professional deal I had with Gulliver's North Shore. Marquise who sold me the car was quite thorough and definitely knows his cars very well. I have just completed the purchase of a BMW Z4 from Marquise at Gulliver Northshore. I am totally happy with the car. I was dealing with Marquise and he made the whole experience easy and smooth. At first look buying a car on order from Japan seemed a bit dodgy, however after a very positive experience we would use this company again. Gulliver’s salesperson, Marquise Henry was a delight to deal with, helpful, informative and friendly. We found a car on Gulliver’s web site that we were interested in, then when we visited their Archers road showroom, we found a car that was immediately available, so chose it instead of waiting. What we did learn was they provide assurances and protection, when buying a car in Japan and waiting for delivery, so that process is no longer of concern. Gulliver New Zealand is a car yard that is clean-cut, friendly and professional. The cars are all immaculate and are housed inside (not outdoors) a very clean and large warehouse (we bought our car from the East Tamaki branch). There are a huge number of vehicles to choose from. My wife and I were served by Sian Taylor and her service was magnificent. She was not pushy at all, but instead listened carefully to our needs and more importantly, she was very quick to get back to our calls, and always kept us informed of how everything was going. She was friendly, patient and professional throughout the process - her handover was comprehensive. Personally, I've never seen a car yard quite like Gulliver and I would - without hesitation - highly recommend them. If I was looking for another car, Gulliver would be my first stop. Best service we have experienced from any company. The two Gulliver representatives we dealt with were Yoshi (Yoshimitsu) and Bill. I helped family to buy a car from Gulliver New Market 3 years ago, and based on the great experience, I have decide to buy my next car from them too, this time in North Shore branch. The Japanese Style service really elevated my expectation of second hand vehicle industry in NZ. As customer, you have to be there to see it in person. Even just browsing in their show room. Imagine, chilly winter, you browsing between cars in warm indoor environment with heat on, proper lighting, friendly staff, and......wooden flooring. First time I show up in the showroom, without appointment, when I pointing the car was sitting in corner, at least 7 cars away from exit, I see following happened: 1. at least 4 staff in the showroom dropped what they were doing, start moving cars; 2. the car was ready to be test driven, at exit in less than 10 minutes 3. before I start the test drive, I have got copies of car details report in my hands for 3 similar cars available in NZ, including the one I was going to test drive 4. I have got car seat available to me without asking After test drive of 4 card, eventually, I have landed my eye on the car I wanted. Thanks to Shelyn, the process was utterly smooth. 1. I have got my questions answered promptly; 2. I have got the complete process explained to me clearly; 3. An honest review from a happy customer. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, at home and amazed. The showroom on the North Shore is so beautiful. That first day we spent more than 5 hrs looking at, driving and talking about cars. I walked in on Sunday morning and told him I needed a car by Wednesday and he made it happen, got it complied, registered, serviced and was even able to chuck in a new navigation system. The closest branch for us is East-Tamaki branch and he usually in North Shore. However he willing to help us traveled several times East Tamaki branch for us.
