Gerry looked after us, explaining the cars and helping with comparisons. The cars seem to be better quality than average and they aa check them and clean them up beautifully before pickup. I had a problem with the battery and I stop. Gerry was great sorted it straight away with a quality replacement.

Well what can i say about Gerry and the team from Infinity Cars, actually, not enough!! me and the wife were up from Napier to buy a new car, we checked out a couple of places and were resigned to heading home without one until I decided to check out one more place over the bridge in Glenfield and i’m glad we did. Gerry and the boys looked after us right from the start, the customer service was A+, and when it was found out that we had to do the on road registration, but it was late Saturday, they found one place that could do it on the Sunday morning which meant we had to stay in Auckland overnight …. well, call me Evan , Gerry had this ace up his sleeve as well, what can’t this guy do?? he offered us his rental to stay at , not only that, we had dinner and drinks with Gerry and his lovely wife , met his Ibiza DJ mate and hung out all night listening to some really wild stories !! Been to a few car yards looking for the right car and company to buy from. Took advice of my younger brother who has bought from Infinity Cars before so I decided to pay them a visit. My wife and me landed up at Infinity car dealership on Wairau road on last Sunday and of course I again met up with Ilia the wonderful salesperson at infinity car dealership. We found the car that we were looking for a 2016 Suzuki Swift and Ilia took us right through all the steps from the initial test drive and then to answering our 100’s of questions all in a patient manner. Ilya was knowledgeable and thorough when answering questions I had specific to the vehicle I was interested in. I give Infinity Cars top marks. I have waited 3 months to write this review since purchasing a Subaru Outback as our primary family vehicle and are 100% happy with it, relative to the price. My wife loves it and I would have no hesitation in doing the same thing again if required. Dave was very patient and personable, he had no problem with me viewing different cars there and going for multiple test drives before deciding to buy this. Genuine and honest car deals. I met Ilya as we pulled in. He came straight over to say hi. At first you might think OK here comes the hard cheesy sell, but you’d be wrong. I’d call their approach enthusiastic, knowledgeable and even humble. They definitely believe it doing right by people, going the extra mile and generating good karma. Such good blokes. Gerry is the older one, and the two work together like a well oiled machine getting the admin sorted quickly for you, making sure the car is ready at pick up time and ensuring everything you have a question about is given the time you need to answer it. I got a one year warranty with my car too and I couldn’t be happier about how it looks and drives. When you’ve had enough of Auckland car sharks come and see these guys, they’re more like friendly car dolphins instead. Infinity cars is on Wairau road just next to the Mobil station when you get off the motorway.

Recently bought a car from Infinity cars. The car is good , nothing wrong with it ... Yet.. so can't say anything bad about that . But communication could of been better . I wanted to have an AA check , which these guys did do , as promised , but no communication at all from them , I had to call them after a few days to chase up the AA appraisal . Which they did send to me . Dave was the salesman , great guy , not pushy at all,and was a decent guy to work with . But communication could of been better. I wanted to have the car ready for the following Tuesday, which they did have it done by then . But no contact at all , not even a courtesy call or reminder . I also realized that Tuesday was Dave's day off , but he didn't tell me , as a salesman who sells u a car , u would expect a good salesman that delivery's from start to finish . He should of said that he has next Tues off , that he can't delivery the car to the customer , and should of suggested that his collegue or manager is going to deliver on his behalf ,or suggested another day because he's not going to be there on that day . Because ,u have to know from a customers point of view , they were only dealing with u when buying the car , they expect you to deliver the car and hand them the keys as well . Because , it kinda felt a bit weird when the person I was dealing with wasn't there , because I wasn't familiar with anyone else there . Overall experience is good , but communication was a bit of a let down . I give 8/10 , or Google review 4 stars . Would of been a 10/10 or a 5 star ,if the salesman communicated better , by calling the customer saying he has emailed the AA appraisal , and a courtesy call or text the day before collection , as that also confirms that appointment . Communication is really important in any industry, especially in sales, because it kinda left me feeling that after the sale , he didn't really care. Cause the first time I talked to the salesman , was also the last time I talked to him as well Would I buy another car from Infinity cars , probably yes . Would I recommend them for the level of service , then probably not . Don't get me wrong , they weren't rude or anything . All I can say is that , there's room for improvement on the service and communication side . Otherwise, this is a pretty place for small dealership .
