p.Ok, so my reason for giving them so many stars is due to them being able to fit a service in ahead of the time booked,as our brake pads all needed replacement.
I phoned at 9.45am,and they slotted me in at 10.30am,the same day.
Van was ready for collection the same day, but we opted to collect in the morning.
Staff where a pleasure to deal with,and most helpful.
I can say this with full honesty,as I have to wait a whole month for a company we won't name ,can book me back in, for a problem they failed to fix.

J.Overall I'm happy with my used 2015 Ranger buy. I had some hiccups that were not expected like no rego, broken check strap on drivers door and average cleaning which were mostly resolved but overall happy. James was fantastic in the financing and even with a few hiccups he worked with it without complaint. Overall good result but not perfect which in used sales is more than acceptable in my opinion.
R.Good experience this time and must say it's due to a staff change. Our 3rd vehicle from this dealer with NOT great results but this time round better. Mind you could be due to purchase of a NEW vehicle & not a used one. But overall not bad. You just got to remember at the end of the day their job is to sell you the most expensive vehicle they can and you can afford until the next person comes along so you got to expect some half truths along the way.

Andrew Mitchell then started to answer a few questions I had about a possible trade in, he had so much knowledge overall and referred me on to the correct team to chat with me about the questions I had. s.After having an extremely disappointing experience with a car dealer in Manukau I contacted John Andrew Ford in Grey Lynn. I spoke with Jaryd and advise him on my situation. I was after a 2021 Ford Raptor. I had contacted few other Ford Dealerships however no one took keen interest in finding out if one can be available earlier as there’s about 4 to 5 months of wait. I was disappointed to see that people were not even trying and simply advising that I can not get one before May or June. Jaryd from John Andrew For is the only one who told me that even though there’s wait time however let me see if there is any available or cancellations. To my surprise they have one arriving early March and it was precisely the colour I was after. I had a Raptor to trade in. Within matters of hours most things were sorted. Jaryd kept me in the loop throughout the process and got a very good deal on my trade-in. Rebecca took care of the finance side, which made the process a breeze. Thank you Jaryd and Rebecca and team John Andrew Grey Lynn for this amazing customer experience, you certainly have earned our business for life. I highly recommend this dealership as they are as courteous, polite, respectful and a breeze to deal with as they are professional. What I like about Jaryd and Rebecca is if they do not know answer to a specific question they said “I do not know but, I will find that out for you” and then they got me all the answers and that is what an honest customer service is all about. M.Having recently sold our 2017 Ford Everest, I took the opportunity to drop into the Gt North Road showroom on Monday morning, just to satisfy myself that much as we loved our old Everest, the new Bi-Turbo vehicle was not the vehicle for us and to an extent to validate the purchase of another brand. I guess it was on this point that I found myself in for a bit of a surprise. The refinements that Ford have made in this latest iteration of the Everest are remarkable. But to be honest that is not the best bit.
Upon arriving at the dealership, aside of there fortuitously being an Aluminium Metallic Everest on the showroom floor, more so I was greeted by Wesley, and from there, in less than 48 hours, the vehicle is now registered and sitting in our garage at home.
These days, it seems the norm for people to highlight the shortcomings in service experience, and set about finding fault with everything and spray it all over social media. I would however like to take the opportunity to thank Wesley for the outstanding service that he provided. He was engaging, knowledgable, highly personable and made the purchase a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate for a moment in referring others to John Andrew, and particularly Wesley.
N.I have recently bought my second brand new car from Ford Grey Lynn and My sales person was Sapphire Munns and she was a great sales person. She looked after me well from start to finish so very happy with her expertise and I will recommend her to everyone.

Bought a car there about a year ago. Buying process was easy enough and I liked the salesman. Car is as stated and mechanically sound. However the guy that was pushing the vehicle warranties was full of it, the car was delivered to me with one of the back door electrics disconnected (which was fixed with ease but a hassle) and there was a promotion with gas vouchers going on at the time, which after 3 phone calls, 2 emails and a visit to the premises never materialised. Go to J.A. mazda at least they follow through.

S.My wife and I bought a car recently (March) from the friendly team at John Andrew Mazda and I have nothing but good things to say. The sales staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy, they did everything they said they would, the car was ready just when we wanted with no hold up's or issues and it was in a great condition and they had even fixed a couple of scratches I had noticed in the body work. I would recommend them to anyone.

M.Finding a park to drop off the car for remedial work is a major, major problem. Was told later that best way is to simply stop the car in front of the service reception, hop out and reception will arrange for someone to sort out the car. Too bad for vehicles behind you. They'll just have to wait!

R.Sales process of purchasing a car was straightforward. Had some after sales issues ie had paid for full tinting though only receive partial/ the wrong tow ball was installed and had to be changed 1 year later (at the Penrose branch). So to John Andrew Ford's credit the issues were remedied to my satisfaction. Found customer service to be more approachable at Penrose however.
G.Service Department maybe having a bad day, but I have had to chase them for updates to my Ranger's front sensor issues and when I did get through, I was told to go to the dealer who put the nudge bar on it. The not so 'funny thing is', it was this Ford dealership that did it just over a month ago when I picked it up from them brand new!
