I totally loved dealing with Tommo, Cody and the team from Kilburn Manukau. The team went out of their way for me, making Youtube videos of the cars I was interested in and getting a towbar and new Car Entertainment and Bluetooth system hooked up. All of this while I was in MIQ isolation with family. We got out, headed to the dealership and were on the road within half an hour. Top place, top service and top cars.

Rraj is your man to see if you want the first class service, he was so helpful the moment I arrived, greeted with a welcoming smile and a bottle of water to compliment the service on such a hot summer's afternoon. his knowledge of cars is extensive and made life so much easier dealing with and finding the wheels I was so looking for. My dad and I bought a car from Kilburn cars today and I must say: it was the fastest, friendliest, most professional experience I have had at a car dealer. The car dealer assistant we dealt with was Sam, and she was fantastic - from the moment we stepped into the car yard, I saw her come over from a distance with a bright smile - she was helpful, knew her cars well, and dad and I felt well looked after. From entering the car yard, to filling out the paperwork with Tony (who was great as well and awesome with kids!) to waiting for the car to be registered and spruced up etc. Sam made sure to check in with us and keep me updated as to when our car was ready- always with a warm, welcoming smile. Absolutely amazing service! From the moment i bought my car everything was so smooth and easy and everyone is so pleasant and friendly to deal with! The sales lady Olivia was absolutely awesome and very bubbly and friendly and she 100%knew her stuff. I have had my car for little under a year and I had an issue with my dashboard melting (Mazda Axela) in the sun and the glare from it on the window was so hard to see... The amazing team came to my house and replaced my dash board free of charge and were very helpful and painless! Thank you kilburn! Amazing work. Will 100% recommend you

Overall a great experience, I drove away with the car I really loved, shout out too Josh Crozier for the never ending great customer service, I cannot thank you enough for putting up with me lol (I test drove two cars) which you had to put petrol in and not once did you make me feel like it was too much, I never rate this high, but with the service and the bomb diggity car I received which is still in great condition 5 stars is an understatement. A good group of people to deal with. Mark and Co. gave us plenty of time to inspect vehicle on multiple occasions with out any hard sell or pushy sales . Collected the Lexus following day of purchase, in tip top shape, ready to go. I am a very fussy buyer and really look at the details, I would recommend Kilburn Cars as good to deal with.

I would recommend Kilburn Cars (especially Rraj) to anyone and everyone. They didn't stalk me when I wanted to just look at the cars, they let me have multiple test drives without issue. They sorted an AA check at no cost, and when they (not me) later noticed the tyres had started to perish, replaced all four tyres with new. I hope to not need another car for some years, but when I do, I will be coming here first.

When approached by a salesperson I am instantly uneasy, afraid theyll be too pushy. But I highly recommend Rraj. Liked that he was knowledgeable on stereo prices as i wanted one with an aux, he knew my budget and kept me up to date with pricing so I was glad I knew how much I was going to be spending at the end of the day. I was very comfortable asking any questions. There were a few things i needed looked at like a wobbly arm rest, creaking door and a couple of marks but Rraj made them all disappear. A pleasant and easy process very happy with my purchase.

Our daughter said she would buy my wife & I, a new secondhand car for our 47th. Wedding Anniversary. 24th October 2017.All I had to do was to go out and choose one and she would pay for it.. easier said than done. After visiting 3 car yards I got frustrated because they did not listen to what I had to say and tried to sell me something totally different from what I wanted. A family friend of ours who owns H & T Automotive recommended that I go to Kilburn cars in Manukau and see a young lady named Sam who would be sure to supply me with the vehicle of my choice. Holmes was 100% correct!!!!! After meeting her she listened and took me around in their golf cart, Yes that is right ..they have more than 200 cars and their yard is huge!! and without any pressure what so ever Sam showed me my dream vehicle and straight away I knew that is exactly what I wanted. All the staff I met Sam,Chris Andrew, Boris, & Malcolm genuinely care for the customer and nothing was a problem.
