B.Me and my Husband were looking for a caravan to live in and luckily we found a new one (within our budget) before our little one was born, thanks to Parm, who helped us big time in securing it and having it ready for us move in. He is very accommodating with all our questions (being a first timer), communicates with us promptly and goes out his way to help us. Double thumbs up to Pram and the Leisure shed.
K.Unfortunately we purchased our caravan whilst Auckland was in lockdown, so we had to wait to get our caravan. We are very happy with the service we received from Parm and the team.
B.Great friendly service at this place. They have lots of caravans to choose from and I'm so happy with mine. I dealt with Parm from start to finish, he was very helpful, accommodating and took the time to explain how things work at my 1st visit and also on the day of purchase. He even fixed one indicator light on my van that was not communicating with the caravan I was buying, so I could get on may way safely. Highly recommended.
b.Communication was exceptional, During the difficult time Lockdowns Etc Parm went above and beyond to make happen as quick as possible.

Having bought a few caravans over the years myself I can say their approachability and attitude is hands down above the rest. B.Beware do not buy unseen I have just spent a week on repairs and detailing my caraven items like floor repairs , running lights,opening windows to clean body work, quite obvious some is taken covid as a way out of not doing their job and beat this was supposed to to vacuumed got 1/ 2 a 2 litre container of dust and found tools inside caraven ( hammer rubber, putty knife, scissors ans a box of screws )
