However my touch screen only seems to be working on the left side only so I'm not able to use it properly to set up the radio staions I listen to or use the other features properly.

I.We brought a Nissan x-trail few week ago from Manukau Nissan. What a great customer service from the Dominique and the team. I was surfing thought the internet and found Manukau Nissan page, then I send a FB message and within seconds some one responded to my inquiry. Next day morning Dominique send me a detail email and invite me to visit to the showroom. He waited for me even after office hours and explained me all the options.
Next day I took my wife to show available options and we picked a one vehicle, unfortunately it was not available at the Manukau Branch, but Dominique promised us to find another vehicle with same color, however we were not happy with the vehicle they found, even though Dominique and the team worked hard on that vehicle, they didn't hesitate to offer us another vehicle. once we satisfied with the vehicle, it went through all the checks and next day they offered me a fully groomed almost new x-trail.
We are glad that we met Dominique... Thanks again for your support.

He was very professional in his knowledge of the vehicle and handling of the finance. His service was amazing as he went out of his way to make this deal happen and when we can't make a decision he advise us to take time to think about it. Kyle the finance guy was awesome as he was able to map out what we want. One of the main thing was their reassurance that things will be smoothly taken care of and that what we got. Shortly after this ordeal, we were contacted by a representative from the dealership who then went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I am also very happy with the vehicle but as far as finance is concerned; they dont tell you some fees in advance and surprise you when you are there to sign the papers. Moreover, instead of acknowledging that they did not disclose the fee in the initial conversation they will rather try to prove you wrong.
A.Recently had a service and WOF done here. While they made a mistake in the WOF I have to commend them on stellar customer service. They helpfully and quickly fixed their mistake at no extra cost, can't stress how nice it is to have a problem dissipate into a sigh of relief!
V.Great service from sales person Mandy! She was very friendly and went out of her way to get things done on time. The new car arrived on time but had a little scuff on the paint which i wasnt a big fan of but they offered to get it fixed.

P.When I enquired as to whether I could have the first service of my vehicle at Nissan Manukau instead of Nissan Takapuna
where I had purchased it, I was treated with courtesy, politeness and made to feel valued. They contacted me throughout the day with updates on replacement parts and when the car was ready and the cost. On pick up I was walked to the car by a Staffer and made to feel important Well done Nissan Manukau and thank you.
R.Bought an x trail from Anthony it was fantastic. Weeks later went with my family to purchase another vehicle and thought there was a bit of rip off from new car sales team. Promised genuine accessories and in contract states non genuine accessories but at genuine price. Something's not right with new can sales practice!!!

S.Great customer experience. One day after I was into the country, finalized the deal with Manukau Nissan. Luke was really helpful to get my things sorted out like choosing the car, colour, accessories etc. Josh helped me in the finance approvals.. and presto! I'm a proud owner of a Nissan Pathfinder Ti. The delivery got a bit delayed, however I was given a brand new Qashqai as a loan car. Thanks to Harry and Sree as as well.
