I have visitied Mercedes Benz Auckland for the first time and I did not think I would buy a new car but the salesman, was very helpful t me. I wanted to see what offers Mercedes had, the staff at Mercedes Auckland are very happy to help. They traded my old vehicle for a very good price and the salesman and sales manager helped me buy a newer model vehicle. My Mercedes Benz new red CLA car will arrive in January I am happy. The service team here are just amazing. I've dealt with several other european car service centres through owning my current Mercedes-Benz and a MINI in the past - but these guys are the best. Yes, they might be more expensive than Joe Bloggs down the road but you get phenomenal customer service and people who actually respect your business. They will go out of their way to make it easy for you. Thank you to MB Auckland and in particular their service manager Cassie Watson who I have always dealt with, and makes servicing and repairing my car a breeze.

I had walked past the dealer and saw they had my favourite car the mercedes-amg GT-R. i walked in and was immediately greeted by the kind staff i asked if i could take a picture of the car as i had never seen it before. after getting a warm welcome i went over to the car and took a few pictures of it then the same staff member that had greeted me can over and. talked to me about the car before turning it on and showing mr the interior. when i left the staff member gave me a brochure of the car so i could read about it, this i was not expecting. i think that the staff member was called paul, i cant remember he might remember me i'm not sure anyways amazing service from staff, going to make sure i take time to go there next time i visit auckland. this place deserves higher than 5 stars.

Bought my car in with a random issue (wasn't always starting) - no check engine light/faults showing (AMG V12 BITURBO). Cassie was awesome & Johannes had it fixed in 3 hours which is phenomenal. Can't fault these guys during the entire process. Was regularly kept up to date on their findings, and the bill was 1/10th of what I thought it would be. Go straight to the best - obviously a very experienced crew that you can rely on.

Friendly staff, great dealership for Mercedes. People think they charge a lot, but in my experience, in the 8years of going to them, they have such experienced mechanics they find the issues and have the solution immediately so in fact time is not wasted and the charges are reasonable. They also process Autosure warranties so just buy a warranty which they also sell.
They drop you off and pick you up to get your car from your service and is not an additional cost. They wash and vacuum your car. They have a great coffee machine and biscuits.....what more could you want.

Very impressed with Mercedes-Benz in Newmarket.
Popped in today to get my number plate readjusted and the frame replaced. The service man did it for me on the spot. When I went to pay they did it for free. I will be back soon for my regular service with them. Great customer service and excellent sales after care. Thanks!

5 star service at new market Mercedes Benz. Always warm and friendly team from the top till the bottom. Adviser Nelson Ng always awesome and explains well every single question. Even advised to bring over to fill tyre air pressure if not sure the correct psi's......what else u need... thank you guys.

I have been using Coutts Mercedes for 10 years now and have 9 Mercedes vehicles in my fleet.
The service at Coutts is always excellent and nothing is ever to hard to fix for me that's why i rate them so highly.
Every part of the service team are always very helpful and they get the job done ASAP.
I wont be using any other Mercedes dealership as i am quite happy with Coutts.

Booked my first B service one month ago. Called the service department and provided my registration number. Got a quote around $480 something. It wasn't cheap but at least close to the fixed price they offer online so I made the booking. Just two days before the scheduled service, got engine check light on for one day an then off. My brother in law scanned my car and found out the error code was for oxygen sensor. Informed MB to address the problem on the service day.
On the service day, I had to remind the staff that I am still covered by WARRANTY to get him cross off the $264 full scan charge that he already added on my job sheet.
Three hours later, got a phone call from the technician (or service adviser, not sure) who wanted to discuss all the jobs I might need. Here comes the exciting parts:
1.) As for the oxygen sensor which is covered under warranty, since the engine light is off, they won't replace it, even the computer senses something wrong, so what he did was take it out and clean the connection part. I will need to MONITOR by myself now, if it is on again, I will need to bring the car back so they can do something else. Well... if I need to monitor myself, what is the computer in the car for??? what is the scanning fee for?? And he said I JUST need to pay one hour labour fee for the cleaning job. Once again, I needed to remind him that my car still under warranty to get the labour fee waved off.
2.) He said my front brakes were badly worn out and the "whole pack" needs to be changed (rotors + pads+ sensors + brake oil?!!) - $1452
6 months ago, my WOF showed that my brake still have 73%. After only 2154km driving, now every brake part need to be replaced.
3.) 4 spark plugs replacement -$432 (in maintenance booklet, for my engine model is 75000km. Mine is just half way through)
4) Air filter - $182
5) Cabin air filter - $186
6) Wiper (around $200)
7) Service fee $650 (Me: wait a minute 650? when I booked, the lady quoted me around 480. Now $650? Adviser: oh, because when you booked your service, you didn't ask for "fixed price". Me: what? I had to say the magic word "fixed price" otherwise I will be charged floating price?!) - after checking with someone else, he "agreed" to "offer" me the same offer that they gave me on phone before. Hello am I missing something here?)
So to summarize this amazing B-service experience: The part is actually breaking down and monitored by the car computer which needs to be taken care was refused to be replaced, don't even mention it is under "warranty". Other parts, like wipers, air filters are obviously more important than the problem component were highly recommenced to be replaced. What is even more ridiculous was that shown on my final invoice they actually changed me AC filter, (included in service fee $489), seem to me it was part of the service, so what is that CABIN filter the service adviser quoted me separately? Hello! AC filter IS the cabin filter. You people serious think all the female customers are dumb??
I booked a so called B-service for $487. And the service adviser is asking extra... let me see...$2452. Well, I just paid $487 and said NO to that ridiculous upsell $2452 bill.

Got phone call form the service manager Briar on the same day I posted my previous review. She asked every detail thoroughly and apologized for the unpleasant experience I had with my B service said that she will find out what was going on and reply me. She called me back the second day to explain to me the whole situation. I really appreciate that she did not just speak out for her colleague but actually listened to me and apologize for the miscommunication between me and the service adviser. She also arranged a time with me so I can get my oxygen sensor replaced, not just cleaned. This is the 5 stars service I would expect to see from Mercedes. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars just for Briar. Thank you very much for your professional and excellent service. Really really appreciate that.

Just bought a part for my CLA250 from Newmarket Mercedes. Excellent experience with the Parts team. Reuben is a wonderful and extremely helpful staff. He gave lots useful information and answered every questions detailly. I was very pleased to find this dealer. Reuben has successfuly won a new long term client from another dealer (Botany). Highly recommend!
Update: Brought car to recalibrate the wiper and some minor problems check. Thanks to Ben who provide excellent customer service and also Mechanic J.V. who is so experience and answer all my questions thoroughly. He helped me to update transmission software and that improve my problem with jerky transmission a lot. Brought the car back to Botany Mercedes couple times before I approach Newmarket Mercedes, they all told me the jerky transmission is fine. I asked them to check any update but they said everything is updated. Well, looks like Newmarket Mercedes has the newer and latest update.
