R.Andrew has tremendous patience and experience. Helped us understand each stage of process from order, shipping, customs clearance, registration and handover of the car. Special about our experience was he explained important functions of the car like cruise controls, setup your device, voice features map settings and many more.... I didn't have this experience when I bought Ford! Go beyond sale of a vehicle.

Initially, I had some issues/difficulties getting my vehicle fixed under manufacturer warranty. I came across different personnel in this branch but weren't handling my request properly. However, Merissa managed to tailor their service to meet my special circumstances efficiently and got my issues sorted on a timely manner. She had given me such a great help. I strongly recommend Merissa to everyone.
I'm confident that Merissa will not only succeed beyond her position in North Western Toyota, but also as a professional with great management skills and personality. We need more customer service teams like her in the industry.

N.Excellent service. They even transported me back and forth! (I live near). They did exactly what I asked for and corrected the alignment that other Toyota service insisted it is ok (which is not). K.Bought a car from here and on checking the service history the day after, I found that it was due for a service one month prior to the date of purchase.
After calling the dealership I was told by the Used Vehicles Manager, Russel Down that I "stole the car" simply because I paid lower than the sticker price. Negotiating for a used car is common and I found this an extremely rude thing to say especially as the price was agreed on by all parties. Then he told me they have a policy of ignoring the service requirements in the owners manual that states the car should be serviced every year.
* After posting this review the Group Used Vehicle Manager reached out, apologised and booked the service with a free tank of gas thrown in.
S.The parts department are like a whole different store. If it's to be ran like that, atleast separate the store times, and put them somewhere we can see? Otherwise, friendly staff.
