A+++ Back in 2017, I purchased my Mitsubishi outlander from the ladies at Rides2go so fast, and prompt, easiest sign up I had ever done over the phone and pickup was a breeze. Then in 2021 my hubbys Holden decided it wanted to die😭 but we had brought that from another cardealers and so being the cool wife that I am for his 40th present I surprised him with a 2010 Subaru Legacy (Sedan) from the same place Rides2go and the same ladies Paris & Josalin. And as the days, weeks, months went by I knew my Mitsi was almost close to being paid off so again I rang the ladies about trading in my Mitsi and just like that I purchased myself a 2013 Ford Ranger 6 speed manual. Now it was a tough week for the ladies Paris & especially Josalin. Especially trying to work through the crazy Covid pandemic in Auckland. But I tell you what Josalin went above & beyond... I never met someone so devoted to her job and her customers.. I highly recommend these guys...I had my Mitsi outlander for almost 4years and had really no major issues at all....my Subaru runs like a breeze and my Ford is the beast of my town...so if your looking for the right price the right people to look after your needs then hit my girls up! I can gaurantee you won't be disappointed.

I am a proud and first owner of my Suzuki Swift 2010 that I purchased two months ago from Rides2go and they had really great customer service as well as that they met my needs. They were all very nice and the lady that dealt with me and my car was extremely friendly and bubbly! Highly recommend this car dealer as they have amazing cars on display and give great customer service and will highly satisfy your needs. As well as that, you drive home with a full tank and a freshly clean car. Love this car dealer and who knows when I will be back to purchase my next car! I love my car, thank you so much Rides2go :)

So I brought a car from here, now there were a few problems with the car that required fixing. Communication was not the fastest at times, but eventually the issues were remedied. There was one person I dealt with I think her name was (Paris) who communication was next to none, and always tried to get the answers I needed when others weren't replying if it wasn't for her I feel my experience would have been a lot different, I think she needs a pay rise, because good customer service is hard to come by these days. Would I recommend buying off rides to go, yes!

Thank you to Paris and Dedge obviously my judgement about them is right from the other reviews they put no pressure whatsoever on you to even buy a car, Paris hustled to get me the best deal I could and when I was passed on to Dedge to finish everything off, she explained everything properly to me before signed a thing. My car was delivered within 24 hours of signing my contract and I'm so happy with my car thank yous so much 💗 Fast, easy and seamless and I highly recommend 👌

A++++ Recommended to all. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and informative and more importantly very quick and on top of things. I had applied with another car company prior, it took two weeks to hear from them and after 3 weeks nothing. So I found Rides2go on Facebook and applied that same day I gotta call back within minutes and my application was approved, the next day all I had to do was pick the car I wanted and they delivered it to my door the very next day. The car I wanted was not in my price range so the staff at Rides2go gave me a discount and I was able to get the car I wanted. I am so over the moon with my new car, and how easy it was to apply. I cannot thank Dedge and her Team enough!!! They made the process of buying a vehicle feel so effortlessly as they managed the whole entire process, from the Insurance and paperwork to the Valet Cleaning, preparing the vehicle so that it was ready for me to drive offsite with a full tank of Gas and the Rego/Warrant paid for a year. I am now in love with my luxurious, brand new looking, all the bells and whistles, MAZDA ATENZA 2.2 turbocharged Diesel engine vehicle as the New First Owner in NZ. I did the whole application process via mobile call, email and SMS. The longest part of the process was signing the terms and conditions of the paperwork. Oh mate greatest experience. From the very first phone call with otto i was impressed! So professional,so helful but also genuinely kind they really cared about my needs , even though my credit was shot :/ they helped ,im on a learner licence and didnt need a guarantor! , winz failed to send benefit breakdown and the lovely lady upstairs still worked her magic to help me and got it all sorted ! I stay exactly 2 hrs and 26 mins away and i literally was able to come all the way ,sign some papers and leave with a beautiful 7 seater outlander that had a full tank ! My insurance ,everything was sorted!! Highly highly recommend! 10/10 for me!!
