Great experience with Scootling. I ordered a scooter cover and helmet online. Got a personal email from the Scootling team when it transpired the colour helmet I wanted wasn't in stock right now. Would I like to change my colour choice, or await new stock? I opted for changing helmet colour, which was no problem. Both products I bought are great and I found the Scootling service very good.

The Scootling team have always provided me with with good parts for my SF50 Adly scooter. Their delivery and communication have really improved over time and I find them fast and efficient to deal with, and when I've had technical issues to work through on the scoot they've taken the time to help me resolve the problems. As I've added performance parts to the scooter they've come up with some good advice and gear to meet my needs.

Great service! Came to the shop with my electric scooter because it missed a bolt. It took half an hour to find the right bolt and insert it correctly to make sure that the scooter was safe to use again. It ended up being free of charge! Much appreciated guys :)

Japanese Mechanic and Asian at reception lead the way in superb friendliness, helpfulness and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to family and friends. Parts price moderate as is other charges rather than expensive which is key in keeping me coming back.

Awesome and knowledgeable bunch of folk at Scootling. I recently bought a cheap Chinese scooter as a performance project and they helped a lot. Had a few problematic issues with parts but this was soon rectified.

Unfortunately the staff at scootling tried to tell me i needed to replace parts i had only recently replaced. They didn't offer any apology or even looked embarrassed. The service at $195 is a complete waste of your money and doesn't include oil!! I have been going there for a few years and have been happy in the past this time they have completely failed. I've given three stars because the manifestly expensive work they did do they did seemingly well. I'm voting with my feet and never returning.

Very friendly and helpful. Brought my scooter in as it wasn't getting spark and randly stopped starting. Asked them for a good time to drop off and did so after work. They called me the day after letting me know the scooter started working again. That no parts needed replacing. I had also asked for the tyres to be changed. They recommended the back brake by changed too. I agreed since it was a bit loose. They ended up tightening the front brake also when I tried the scooter. Overall the experience was very good. I wasn't over charged in my opinion. They even called me 2 weeks after to check up on the scooter incase the issue came back. I recommend this place.

Luke at Scootling has been excellent to deal with. I seized my 50cc Vespa and I emailed Luke looking for a cost effective piston / barrel replacement. Luke supplied me with a great kit at a good price and now my 50 goes really well. I have just purchased a GTS300 and Luke sourced a SLUK front flap and an F.A Italia matt black rack. Both items fitted really well, look great and once again the pricing was very good compared to genuine prices. I thoroughly recommend you try Scootling for any parts or accessory enquiries you might have. Brett

I've taken all three of my scooters to Scootling over the last 10 years and always had excellent service from Andreas and his team at the Grey Lynn store. If I need advice on servicing / parts or buying a new scoot I can guarantee these guys will always give me their best - even when I'm not buying from them! They're honest and know Japanese and Italian scooters inside-out (other scoots aren't worth knowing about anyway!)

I purchased a Suzuki Street Magic and it needed some motor work done on it. I don't live in Auckland but decided to get these guys to do the fix. I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from. I emailed so many times with questions and query's and they answered them all, usually by the end of the day. Now that I've got the bike back, I am so happy with my decision to get the work done by scootling. I've even had more questions after getting my bike back and they have been just as quick to respond. I would highly recommend scootling for anything scooters, and especially if you own a street magic, they know their stuff. By the way, I went to the Grey Lynn store. Finally, from my experience, I find it hard to believe some of the comments below, I got great customer service and would not hesitate dealing with them again.

Honestly, I can't say anything wrong about Scootling. I walked into the shop looking for a scooter part. Folks were really nice, even went out check out my bike, trying to help. I ended up just getting the part as they charge too much per hour of work (excluded oils, parts) for a poor guy as I am. But hey, I understand that everybody wants to run a profitable bussines. Fortunately, it turned out to be an easy fix which I was able to do at home with my friend so I ended up being lucky. Would surely visit again anyway.

They don’t take care of their batteries (low charge on arrival) and they gave me second hand bits with multiple bits missing. They also seem to maintain radio silence when something goes wrong. UPDATE: They saw this and tracked me down to fix the battery problem by replacing it

Nick in spares is absolutely NUMBER ONE for CUSTOMER SERVICE and helpfulness. Scootling is, in my opinion, the very best outfit to deal with. My queries were answered promptly and clearly. In addition, all he parts I needed to do the job on a Kymco Like 200I were in stock in only TWO DAYS as was promised. I am seriously impressed with my total experience with Scootling. I will definitely be back. If you've tried the rest then come to the best.

Took my scooter in as it was not starting and was quoted $600 for a new CDI unit and paid $200 in labour costs to get to this point. We then took the scooter to another garage who changed a spark plug ($50) and fixed the problem. I would advise getting a second opinion on any works recommended by these guys. Following the above, I took the scooter back as Earle was very persistent in wanting to double check the work and came to an agreement for a refund of some of the cost.

Went in for clutch problems and left with clutch problems. They performed a clutch inspection and gave me a long list of repairs. Called around and it seems like no one thinks very highly of scootling. I found an honest guy who picked up my scooter and dropped it off repaired for less than half the price. Turns out the clutch was just glazed over. Really surprised such an established place didn't spot that when performing a clutch inspection. Will not be returning to scootling. Update: Scootling has taken steps to resolve our previous issues and I am impressed at the lengths they've gone to make things right.
