Shore Motorcycles recently completed a full service & repairs on my GSXR including new fork seals, new tyres, new mufflers & fairing kit install. Have to say I am absolutely stoked with the outstanding quality of workmanship & customer service I received from both Joel & Rey. Joel provided excellent communication throughout, friendly, super helpful & nothing was ever a problem & all at a price I'm really happy with. Rey's experience & attention to detail really shines through - meticulous is an understatement. I'm wrapped with the finished result. A huge thanks Guys - will be back.

If your lucky enough to get these guys too work on your bikes, you will impressed! Super friendly, super efficient. Joel and Ray are true legends in business, it's almost like they can see around corners, to find you the best solution. First time using these guys and I will be recommending to everyone!

Highly recommend this place. I spoke with Ray and Joel when I had my MT07 serviced as well as a chain/sprocket changed. Communication on what was happening was excellent. They kept me informed and ensured I was happy before carrying out the job. Price. Very good. They worked around my budget to make it work. Not only that but they did some extra things for free that they noticed needed doing. Time frame. They completed everything within the same day I confirmed what they planned to do. Very impressed as I know some places can take months to do even simple jobs. Overall I had a great experience and Ill be going back there for any future repairs or servicing's without a doubt.

Great shop and great service! Incomparable to other shops I have been. Had my bike serviced twice so far and both times were outstanding. Rey is an exceptional veteran mechanic that knows a lot about bikes. In the onset as my bike was getting looked at before the services, you know you have the peace of mind that your bike is in safe hands while the job getting done quicker but with quality and no rush. He not only does the service you require but also fixes that's amiss.

Great customer service from Joel and Rey. Joel was very efficient and communicative, and Rey went the extra mile working on the bike. You can really tell how much they care about the bikes and their customers. Got it all done and dusted before I even received the quote I requested from the other shops.

Joel was an exceptional help, an item I was interested in was out of stock but he was able provide an alternative and went above and beyond in his service. Much appreciated and can't recommend Shore Motorcycles enough.

Just took my bike out of the workshop. Run smooth as a hot knife cutting butter. I have a CBF250 (CBX250 twister in Brazil), and I rode this model since 2018. Apparently not many shops are willing to work on that bike here in NZ, and I have no clue why. The guys had no problem in servicing my motorcycle, and did their best to service it in the budget I had. They also accept afterpay which made things easier. Thanks for the love given to my little work horse guys. All the best!

Great bunch of guys!!! If you need anything for your motorcycle parts or gears? Joel is your man. However if you need a master technician that rich with knowledge and experience , Rey is your man!!! Perfect team.. cheers guys

Ok just picked up my bike after getting some fork seals replaced after WOF fail, genuinely outstanding customer service as stated 8n the ad, Ray fixed the seals as requested...he also reset my suspension to factory specs reset my handle bars, serviced and oiled my chain...oh and replaced missing bolts on my faering...for no extra cost...the bike also got a clean...it is a renewed beast...VTR1000 firestorm...very happy with the price which was half the cost of other shops I received quotes from...200bucks plus parts...no Bull this is what it says it is, couple of mad motorbike guys who live by core values of honesty and integrity

Have just become a new rider shore motorcycles helped me sort out my bike. they where most helpful with all my questions and the stuff where friendly and welcoming. As it turned out it was the owner I dealt with could explain why I got a great deal. Have since been back and got a new pair of boots was greeted with a smile and how's the bike going like I said outstanding service. Will be my first stop for future purchases. keep up the great work and sharp deals.

Joel was very helpful and fair in helping to sell my motorbike on behalf. He did a great job with the advertising on trademe, reading what he wrote made me think twice about selling! The store also has a fantastic array of high quality motorcycle apparel from reputable brands. Clearly a company that understands riders and values customer satisfaction over making a quick buck.

Mike is an awesome guy. Helped me get an oil change sorted for my motorcycle. And two months later when I needed a fork seal changed. He didn't work on my fork seals, but got me connected to a guy in Panmure who took care of me as well. Highly recommended.

I bought my Tryonic Feel 3.7 Back Protector yesterday, i noticed that this store offers a lot of safe motorcycle gear (like Five gloves, HJC helmets, AGV helmets)... you know the good stuff, they don't simply sell anything. If you value safety over anything else, i highly recommend going there. Prices are decent, customer service is wonderful. I will defiantly swing by again to buy more gear sometime in the future. Thank you guys :)

Purchasing your first motorbike attached a childhood dream can be quite daunting. Joel sat me down and asked me thought provoking questions. "Do you want to be seen and not heard or have it the other way around?" "Do you see yourself taking in the sights when you get on the road and probably stop to take selfies; to share with your love ones back home?" "Do you see yourself going hard on open roads?" Finding that right connection with a machine specifically engineered to your riding pleasure can only be handled by a knowledgeable and professional individual. Joel even mentioned that having one is a gift. Like having a partner. It can take your breath away or it can scar you for life. Looking forward to the arrival of my Honda CG 125. Love you man.
