Got my cars' first service - it was smooth as. The only drawback is that the service area is crowded by heaps of parked cars, as you'd expect at any dealership. That combined with a queue of cars waiting to be attended to makes it a bit of a chaotic experience. My only recommendation would be to perhaps to reserve more spots for service drop-offs. I did manage to browse few cars while I was waiting for my car to be done, all cars looked really good - they will be my goto delaership moving forward

Purchased a new Triton from Simon Lucas about 3 days into COVID level 3, meaning everything was done at a distance, which was a bit surreal. We dealt with Mike, who was very helpful and gave us a great deal, which we were very happy with. We have had a tray liner and canopy fitted through Simon Lucas, which was done in a day and were given a great courtesy car for the day, reducing 100% of the inconvenience usually associated with leaving your car with someone. We bought a new outlander sport from them a few weeks ago. We didn't expect it for a month but was delivered 3 weeks early. Apart from being a fabulous car the dealership and the sales person Mike Mason was absolutely fantastic. My husband took ill and ended up in hospital so I could not collect the car, instead Mike went out of his way to deliver the car and do a detailed handover with me. Always had my vehicles serviced and WOF at this dealership, very happy with the way I'm treated - actually I feel like a VIP and the guys will go the extra mile to assist. I can't speak more highly of the Service Dept. and I will not go anywhere else. Just have one issue that still needs to be resolved after repair to my Lancer's fuel system in late March, but I have every confidence we will get to the bottom of it.

My Triton had its first service through Simon Lucas Mitsubishi and it did not disappoint. Booking online was super easy and effortless. I received my email confirmation promptly. I had a couple questions about the service and returned an email, but instead of a backwards and forwards of emails, I got a phone call from the Service Department. All of my questions were answered. Nothing was a problem at all. I turned up on the day of my booking. I was greeted by a polite team member and handed over my keys. I was given a time to collect and went on my way. I got back at the mentioned time, my Ute was even cleaned for me. Which was awesome. The whole process was awesome and the service you get is excellent. Dallas has an immense product knowledge and is able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different vehicles with no pressure to purchase. He is a good listener and quickly worked out what we required in a new vehicle and suggested several other things which we hadn’t even thought of. I have been driving the new Mitsubishi Mirage for the last 8 months and it's a great little town car! The Mirage is great on petrol and surprising power for a small engine. Had a problem with the driver window (got jammed) on my Mitsubishi Lancer and had to get it fix. I didn't know what to expect before I came over there.. Andrew from the service division helped me straightaway and got the parts I needed. When the parts arrived I got a text message calling me to bring the car. I got the car fixed, and they also cleaned it a bit and fixed other issue with no additional cost. I think those guys knows how to treat their clients and they do it quite well to be honest. It might be a bit pricey but at least you know you can trust on them.

I am putting this rating based on my recent visit there. Dear Dealer, I am looking for a SUV and i came there to take a look at ASX VRX. However, on that day it was too late and dark to take a test drive. So I booked a test drive and came back again next day. I took a test drive of ASX and found out that engine was making lot of noise. LDWS and LCM systems were not working and Salesman named David told us it might not be programmed in that car. Seriously!!! "NOT PROGRAMMED???" When I asked him about a overhead button he didn't know what it does and had to ask someone else to find out. By the time he came back i already found out it was controlling LED lights in the panoramic roof. However, Dave is fantastic person and very positive guy. His way of approaching us was really nice and he came with us again to check if the LDWS and LCM is working or not. I would like to let you know that I have taken test drive of ASX VRX and outlander both at andrew simms and both cars had all the system worked perfectly. TBH you need to change the test drive car so that customer can get to know what they are buying. Now, after reading all these negative comments on sales and services I am confused should I come there to buy the car or Not.????

Just bought an Eclipse Cross PHEV…. Mike extremely knowledgeable and helpful, easy purchasing g process and excellent communication. They’re obviously extremely busy, and promised the car to us in a month, and then delivered it in two weeks… same with the charge cables which were on back order…promised in two weeks, but delivered earlier… so nice to deal with a company that under promises and over delivers. Great team, great car, and everything was done when they said it would be. Happy customer.

Wow, a service department that actually cares. Keep it up guys, I know it may feel as though it goes unnoticed some days... but it matters, and it is noticed, and appreciated. Long story short... we purchased our brand new outlander from west city Mitsubishi who caused damage to the vehicle and tried to indemnify themselves in the most unethical manner, as well as incorrectly fitting accessories, that then led to a leaky roof spoiler 6 months after ownership. Simon Lucas were fantastic and Colin the service manger was brilliant. We probably wouldn't get a Mitsubishi again after all the hardship West City Mitsubishi caused us, but for anyone who is unburnt, and is uncertain of a dealer, I'd recommend these guys. Thanks guys, you were the only redemption after our 6 months of ownership.
