A.Initially wasn't happy with the first service. Came back to do a touch up and it was very well done. Fast and with great communication. The courtesy car is clean and new and a nice drive. Need to make your booking well in advance for it. Happy with the result :)
C.I've had some extremely poor service from john andrew ford so i was trying to find a ford service team closer to home, and I'm soooooo glad i did!
From the first call with the receptionist to make a booking, down to picking up my vehicle once there were done, every conversation and interaction was friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful.
I have 2 vehicles that i will definitely be taking back to the team! 👍🏻
C.Took my car for service, they advised me of failed part, but could have called me during the day to ask if I wanted it replaced. Have had much better service from John Andrew Ford.
J.Very good service parents own a mazda2 had no issues with it, I'm now looking at purchasing a new mazda2 or 3 from these people next year when the new facelift model comes out.
