T.Great approach to sales and interaction with customers with good long term support and communication. Vsett 10+ great all round scooter with plenty of power and range. Also not too heavy. Easy to upgrade with after market shocks, lights, charging.
T.Bought our 5 year old the little electronic dirt bike .... He was just the happiest little boy ☺️ trade was fabulous, communication excellent, assembly was super fast, and it took our young one about 20 seconds to be off confidently riding .. win!! Battery lasts for a couple of hours with great speed and fast to recharge ☺️ can also perform well on flat grass and gravel but goes a treat on concrete or paved ground. Thanks storm rides ... Highly recommended ☺️
N.Top notch! The scooter I ordered is fantastic. The website has heaps of info and is organised really well by type (commute, off-road etc) so I was really able to narrow down the best scooter for me. The service from the Storm Rides team has been great too- I ordered the wrong sized helmet, and they have really gone above and beyond to get me the correct size. Highly recommend these guys!

T.Storm Rides sells the best electric scooters period. Yes, you will probably have to pre-order but thats because they are the best and the best value for money.
C.Wow got my wolf King gt which has to be best all round escooter on earth and got it at probably the best price on earth, seriously $1000 cheaper than Australian and UK prices I don't know how you did that storm rides but you have got a customer for life

I enjoyed two visits, the first visit being a sunny day where i enjoyed an hour's test ride on a Mercane wide wheel pro dual motor and had an exhilirating time!
It was my first time on an escooter and after that ride i was hooked.
Once i got off the Mercane i knew straight away that it was the one for me - i just knew from feel that it was the one.
My second visit was to pick up my escoot once it was ready for me and that was a great day too.
I received all the advice and information i needed, and a tutorial right then and there to get the most from my new investment before i was then seen riding off from the store on my new ride with my backpack on.
The Mercane Wide Wheel Pro has excellent torque!

A.Finally, a fantastic place to buy electric scooters here in New Zealand. Andrew at Storm Rides presented some of the best customer service I have received in a while. Though I think their email system might be a bit slow, Andrew replies to the phone pretty quickly.
These guys worked fast to ship my scooter just before Christmas too! I may not have bought the best product for me from them, but as a scooter retailer, they did everything they're responsible for perfectly.
I have yet to test how far they may have your back though. I recently bought a scooter from them that I am not 100% confident in (weighing in at 90kg gives you less options when buying a scooter), so I will have to see how much help this business can provide.
In conclusion, they provided fast service, a good quality product with minor shipping faults and stellar customer support.
C.Bought a Widewheel pro from Storm Rides about 5 months ago no problems from the business itself product arrived safe and sound as ordered.
The Widewheel pro itself was unfortunately a disaster in the first month or 2 the following things happened despite only using it on the road and sometimes the footpath.
LCD screen failed in the first few days but that turned out to be a easy replacement)
Stem started to wobble worse and worse had to take out every screw and apply Loctite.
Brakes start to completely fail after a month adjusting the outer caliper would make them work to a degree but the main issue was with the inner caliper which is very hard to remove and adjust due to the poor design of the brake which seems to need regular removal and adjustment but was not designed with that in mind.
As of this comment i have basically given up on the brakes I'm not sure if I would ever trust them even if could get them back to a satisfactory level.
On top of that the resources need to make these adjustments are hard to find looking for an official video from Mercane detailing the(extreme) maintenance requirements? it doesn't exist.
In the end this is mostly my own fault I should have one send it back to be looked at and two done real research instead of impulse buying, don't watch YouTube video's from someone doing a review after riding around for a week or so join community's and listen to those who have owned your potential purchase for months and get there feedback.
Tldr Storm Rides is fine but please don't buy a Widewheel they are poorly assembled and have design issues you are basically rolling a dice getting an unsafe lemon or usable e-scooter.

The product itself (2020 Mercane Wide Wheel Pro 1000w scooter) is excellent quality and has amazing performance. Well do to everyone at Storm Rides! Highly recommended.
