Ted Tracey provided the perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on the phone, George was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process a-z. It could not have been more easy and made the process very pleasant. Especially during COVID they kept to all the necessary safety precautions. Ted Tracey are very sincere and you do not feel pressured to purchase. Ted came in and assisted when George was helping another customer prior to me coming in. They are very attentive whilst also letting you freely look around at the same time. Both Ted and George gave me amazing deal from trade in and mechanical insurance. As well as recommending reputable mechanics and advice. When I need my next car Ted Tracy will be the first place I go to. I highly recommend

Best shop I've been to since! Great mix of professional and accommodating service. You feel comfortable immediately. All their cars are top notch quality, hand picked like no where else, with the documents to prove it. They go above and beyond to assist in the process making it absolutely seamless. I had a great experience buying a car from here. George was very attentive, patient and thorough going through the process. The car itself has proved to be excellent and after some weeks of driving and testing it I am very happy my purchase. The only negative would be that the companies insurance requires you to be chaperoned on a test drive. I like to assess these things alone and ask questions later. George was fine company but it left no room for critical thinking as he was there to reassureme on any aspect immediately. It never felt like a hard sell but 10mins of driving alone would have speeded up my decision. Overall though, a great experience abs in very happy with my purchase.

Didn't end up buying a car hea. Three out two cars we inspected had mild signs of corrosion around the engine. The car we liked had to have a staff member believe it was George with us for the test drive telling us where to go. During test drive noticed A/C not working or barely working. Prior to test drive - Owner advised George 'dont let them drive if there not going to offer asking price'. We were quite flexible with our budget and found something more to our liking in Wairau Rd North Shore.

Still grinning from ear to ear after purchasing my new vehicle from Ted Traceys. From the moment I entered the premises I was impressed with the presentation of the showroom and all of the sparkling and clean vehicles on show and for sale. All looking absolutely immaculate. In addition I also experienced outstanding customer service from Ted and his team. They all have an in depth knowledge of the vehicles for sale. No pressure to purchase and a real feel that you were the most important customer to walk through the door. Documentation was a breeze and easy to understand. Very, very happy with my purchase and I will certainly recommend them to all of my friends and will return when I need to change my vehicle. I recently brought a Mazda Atenza with George as our agent. I found him to be very helpful and friendly. The service overall has been a good experience. The quality of the cars are good, all clean and tidy and low mileage which helped make our decision. Well looked after and maintained. We have now brought a second car from here, again a clean tidy car. Would buy from here again.

I’ve purchased a number of second hand cars from Ted Traceys over the past few years and have always had a great experience. Recently I purchased Lexus IS 350 the car is immaculate, well detailed, looks brand new and drives fantastic. The service from Ted and his team was second to none - very attentive and no hard sell. The undercover show room is another bonus - especially on cold and wet Auckland day. Well done Ted.

Just a short note, in all the years i have dealt with car dealers i have never given them a grain of salt, but the last to days i am pleased to say i meet two really nice guys that were real, well three i guess.starting with Paul which was always very straight up on the phone, then getting to the car yard and meeting George to do the deal was a really nice guy too , i thought this can't be wright as i deliver my poor old merc in for a trade in , then Ted who signed the deal off, even nicer can this be wright, there are real people that are decent selling cars. Well pleased to say i drove back to Napier in a great clk200 fab condition low ks and even better the was the price . differently as must car dealer .thanks you

Second shot at trying to post this review!!.I had a great experience with Ted and his team. Ted started looking for a CLK for me back in March. I had specific wants and Ted eventually came thru, I picked up my 2007 CLK200 today-4-10-2015. The price quoted back in March did not change. For my $$$'s I got my Car,2 x year warranty, full service of oils and filter, GPS/Radio upgrade to NZ standard. Three of Teds team were there all giving me a run down on various aspects of this car and they were all very enthused, Ted was not to far away as well. At 71 it was time to move my old 70 Corvette but I still wanted a TOY, well I got my new TOY and must say I'm well pleased. Ted you and your TEAM really came to the party, I was amazed at the service, no gold in the teeth sales men on this Car Sales Yard. Good job by all. Regards. Graham B.Auckland..
