This is the second time I have used U-Sell New Lynn and in both instances got great service. Great service and communication by Karen in particular - I dropped my car came back almost four weeks later to pick it up and got informed that there has been an offer and it was sold for a good price and the list fee was so affordable. Got more than what I would on trade-in I just sat back and let U-Sell team do it all for me. Ownership papers and everything. Money was in my account immediately. Highly recommended

Dropped my car off Wednesday 4pm. Thursday 11:30am it was sold. Really friendly, efficient team at New Lynn. You don't worry about the advertising, people coming round to test drive, finance or change of ownership. They do it all. Will definitely use again.

THE ONLY PLACE TO SELL YOUR BOAT - Service was excellent and staff friendly and always helpful. Had multiple people view the boat and I didnt have to worry about storage or arranging viewings. Sold for an excellent price within 1 month. 5 Star service.

No problem to take car for test drive and AA pre-purchase inspection, and put a 48 hour hold on the car (for a refundable deposit). Relaxed opportunity to examine the car without any pressure from sales people. Easy liaison with owner through U-Sell.

Great place to buy and sell cars . Selling is particularly good as you don't have to deal with Tyre kickers and people who don't turn up for test drives. U sell deal with all that. Also good is they deal with all the ownership transfer details.

The U Sell car yard in New Lynn was a great experience. A wide variety of options with lower prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very professional and the paperwork was done in quick time so we didn't have to wait around. Have a coffee in the mall and enjoy the experience. I would recommend them to anyone

One of the best, easiest and least pressure filled car buying experiences of my 30 years of car ownership. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a decent second hand car at very fair prices, but don't want the hassles and sales pressure of most second hand car dealers.

Fantastic service and communication - I dropped my car off and went on holiday and Brett and his team did all the hard work. I came back three weeks later and it was sold for a good price and the list fee was so affordable! Got way more than I would on trade-in and none of all the mucking around you get with car sales on Trade Me I just sat back and let Brett and his team do it all for me. Had two completely different experiences with staff here. 'Customer service' -if you can even call it that was poor on Saturday when we asked to test drive the car. It seemed as though we were disrupting this persons work, making my husband and I feel quite uncomfortable and like we were inconvievincing her. When we went to pick the car up on Monday phoned ahead to check it was all go for pickup etc and had the complete opposite experience when dealing with a lovely man on the phone and in person. He could not have been more helpful. First experience I give a 1, second I give a 5 overall a 4.

I visited usell multiple times over a few weeks whilst looking for a car for ourselves and our son. The service provided was pretty close to excellent. I dealt with three different staff members and their service extended to jump starting my own car when it died. The car we purchased off their yard was in perfect condition and to date we have received great follow up service. I would recommend anyone to visit usell and seek their advice.

I have now sold my 5th Car (sold March 2019) via U-Sell so I am a little bit confused by some of the previous comments. Brett has told me that U -Sell - sell on behalf and are not a dealer and they are very clear about that. Once again I have had another a fantastic experience. Brett simply got me to fill out a form and got all the details on the car. He created an excellent description and put it on the agreed websites. He updated me when someone was interested and then when someone was very keen contacted me to get an agreed price. He then banked the money the same day. I had some tyre kickers trying to offer ridiculousness prices, get a cash discount etc and the team managed them for me so i didn't waste my time dealing with them. By not having the car at my house this suited me perfectly. All the people there helped me when I asked for updates. So for me credit due and a seamless experience - the sign at the gate shows they sell a lot of cars and have been there a while so I will use them again - As mentioned this is the 5th one over 6 years

Brilliant service. Don’t bother selling your car privately, and dealing with all the test drives etc. U-sell handled all that for me, sold the car within a week and even handled the change of ownership etc. All I had to do was drop it off. Awesome
