I purchased my vehicle from out of town so I relied on the sales person to do a honest description of the vehicle. The deal was done over the phone and email . I drove to Auckland to collect it and I was very happy with the whole deal and the way I was treated at the dealership.

Fantastic Team very helpfull. When my new car was ready for me. They picked me up from home so I could collect it. My Trivoli Turbo is amazing to drive. The features of this vehicle are stunning. I truly recommend Western SsangYong to anyone looking for Superior service with Vehicle's that Excell.

It was awesome experience with sales person. He gave up his time by showing and answering our questions. His knowledge was awesome and coming back to him to make a great sale.

Staff was good wof check was excellent it passed the test but was advised that tyres need replacement

Fantastic Experience with Western Ssangyong. Nilay looked after me from first walking on the car yard, to calling me letting me know what was available in my price range and wish list, to unwrapping my new car!!!! (bow and all!).. I felt so special. He spent time going over all the features of my car incl connecting my phone to bluetooth. I appreciated their patience with final payment that took time to complete.
