We would like to thank Wilson and his team at Youth Garage for the wonderful service they gave us while checking out and purchasing our new car. They went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it. We have dealt with a few car yards in our times and found Youth Garage to be exceptional from the beginning of our enquiries to the end ... completing our purchase and having the car ready for collection. Excellent service. Just wanted to let everyone know the Youth Garage owner Wilson is really helpful. I got my car delivered near bay of plenty region in lockdown through contactless shipping as we couldn’t go that time in Level 4 he showed me all the pictures and I liked it. He helped me through the cheapest finance which was 7.5% and even after that the shipping was free. Although there were few minor errors in car but he fixed it right away when I went to Christchurch via Auckland, he dropped me to the airport and picked me as well, which made it easier for me by saving a lot of time. No one would have helped me like that I’m grateful for it. I highly recommend to buy it from Youth Garage Thanks again

Extremely happy with help and service I received from sales person. I was looking new car for whole month and deal I received in Youth Garage was best I could find. Whole process was stress free and done quick. I have GTI I bought, for almost 2 years now and never had any single issue with the car. I would not hesitate to buy next car there again.

These guys have a great attitude, not too pushy and are really helpful in their customer service. Theirs cars are good value. I decided to go with a different deal in the end, but they were so honest and helpful they refunded my deposit. Thanks Wilson. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Ned was great to deal with not pushy at all and has great knowledge. I had a trade in and he managed to get me the price that I was after. The car I have purchased was a great deal compared to others on trademe and elsewhere. Highly recommend this dealer.

Purchased a car few months back. Negotiated the price I wanted and also got full tank of fuel upon collection of vehicle. Within a month or so, noticed vehicle had a squeak from a loose drive belt. Contacted the owner Wilson, who was very prompt with communications. Remedied the issue for me within a day of dropping the car off. As a consumer I hold very high expectations and have zero tolerance for anything below that. This dealership has proven well worthy of a 5 star review.

Best experience in buying car so far. Bought nissan tida from here, sadly i got few scratches in a month because of small incident, took it back to youth garage. Was greeted by very welcoming staff. Showed him the car, within a minute he said don’t worry he will fix it and gave me a spare car to use in the mean time, which was nearly 2 days. Calls me after 2 days and tells me they have removed the scratches and everything for free. Never had such good customer service experience before. Amazing work and amazing staff at youth garage. Thank you! Would recommend anyday!

Was looking for a reliable car for my son to learn in and found Youth Garage. The best customer service I've dealt with to date - Finance done online, Car purchased with some demands of extra's that I wanted - picked up on a Sunday and the car was detailed with gas and everything had been done as I had asked. Went above and beyond. For a relatively cheap car this is the best drive Ive had. Will definitely use again.

Overall happy with the service I received here. I arrived close to closing time on a Sunday and was a little sceptical that i would have felt unwelcome, however I was proven wrong! Staff came to help immediately. Negotiated a good deal where both parties were happy. Car was ready for pick-up Tuesday afternoon. They also followed through with fixing up a few extras which we agreed upon at the time of the deal without complication. Would deal with them again. Thanks!
