We recently imported a car through Care a Car and Paul and his team made the whole process so smooth and easy. We actually were still living in the UK at the time and were dealing with Paul via email. Paul helped us to understand how the whole Japanese auction process worked. We felt rest assured submitting bids on cars knowing that Paul and the team would be reviewing both our chosen car and the bid, and wouldn't approve to submit our bid to the auction house if the vehicle wasn't suitable or if there was something wrong with the vehicle that we may have missed on the Japanese auction sheet. After bidding on a few vehicles we were successful in purchasing our car and it was ready waiting for us in New Zealand when we arrived about 8 weeks later. Paul managed the whole process- submitting our bid, shipping the vehicle to New Zealand and completing all its registration etc, including installing a tow bar at our request and even offering to pick us up from the airport which was a lovely touch. We are so happy with our car, and all the friendly service and advice from Paul through the whole auction process. Thanks so much Paul! We will definitely be recommending Care a Car to all our family and friends.

The car I purchased was better than the Trademe ad in that damage to the paint work had already been repaired. The car was ready when I wanted it and nothing was too much trouble. Great! Recently bought beautiful Honda Ascot from Care a Car. Big thanks to Ameen and Paul! They don’t just care for a car, they care for a customer as well. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and a first time buying a car without physically seeing it or taking for a drive, so I was a bit concerned. Purchase a Honda FIT from "Care a car" yesterday. The whole experience with Care a car was excellent, starting from making a test drive possible on Anzac day (when rest all dealers were closed) to helping me at a very late hour on a Car operational procedure post purchase of the car. Purchased a nissan tiida 2012 with the help if Amen. I had trouble converting currency with my bank that caused delays in getting funds immediately.
