Fantastic service from Adrian and the rest of the team at Christchurch Nissan. They walked me through buying my first EV making it easy and enjoyable. I doubt I could go back to a combustion engine after experiencing the quiet smoothness and very surprising instant 320Nm of torque of my Leaf! Thanks Christchurch Nissan!

I was really impressed with the high level of quality of the service received at Christcurch Nissan. Excellent customer service, really easy and no hassle at all when I booked my car. The staff were so friendly and I felt very welcomed. Such a great experience and yes, definitely I will go again.

From the moment we walked into the showroom Adrian and Rowan made the process very easy. They both offered sound and timely advice when necessary and made sure we understood all the advantages of our decision to buy new rather than used. To Manager, Nissan Christchurch. I am writing this letter as a token of appreciation towards the service I had received from Adrian Lim- our 5 star sales rep. I came across this 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe on Thursday, next day I had emailed my dozens of questions on Trademe. Adrian came back next day via phone (missed his call, message left), an email followed straight after. He followed up again same evening- we spoke and he ran through some features & conditions of the car. Adrian was in constant touch throughout our finance process and not for a moment, we found him pushy. Car arrived with highest standard of grooming, full tank and lovely key chain. Adrian even scheduled a video call on the weekend to run pass all the features again so I do not have to go through 200 pages manual. Adrian, you are start mate- keep up the good work. Having brought a Nissan navarra off Christchurch Nissan can not speak any higher than this it was a great experience l was looking at a vehicle from another dealer. On that day weather wasn't the best and the sales man wasn't in the mood to make us feel welcome so we walked over the road what a difference. More than happy to see myself and my wife. We were meet by Ardrain told him what we were looking for and next minute he had a Ute ready and waiting for us to take for a drive with the heater on the rest is history it is in my garage.
