J.I purchased my Royal Enfield from First European 2 years ago and have my bike regularly serviced by Andy and the team. I couldn't recommend First European highly enough. They were proactive when they spotted a shaky muffler cover during a service and got it replaced without me even asking!. They have great quality products in their shop and their service is always prompt and professional. My bike always runs amazingly after it's been serviced too. A+++

N.Friendly and helpful staff. My scooter is running better after seeing them than it was when I first bought it. All the work it needed was clearly explained to me, which I appreciated a lot. They've also got a nice cafe to hang out in.

B.I went in with a mate who took a Himalayan for a test ride, and he came back happy and purchased one. Great price and ideal for his country shingles roads he rides. No pressure from staff but they were attentive and able to answer questions and talk motorcycles. You may not be Royal Enfield fan but you can help but get interested in these machines. The place is worth a visit for sure.
P.I called late in the afternoon yesterday regarding a possibility of faulty battery from my newly acquired old RE Bullet. Spoke to Teresa on the phone to get the battery checked. She and Andy waited after hours for me to get to the shop. It was very nice of them. This morning I picked up a new battery, put it into the bike and Voila! Instant start. Absolute class act from First European. Thank you very much Andy and Teresa.

K.I was listened to, and although the guy who could've known some info that could've helped me, wasn't there, my details were taken down for a call back on his return.
All this attention between incomming calls and what looked like, having to serve in the adjoining cafe at the time, and none of it seemed a problem.

K.Ordered a new visor and visor mechanism for my HJC helmet. They sent me a text when the parts were in and even fitted them for me when I went to collect them. Excellent service, will be coming here again if I need anything more.

W.Not just your average motorcycle sales room. First European has friendly floor staff and mechanics, a passion for motorcycles and an excellent sales and after sales service. Check out the café while you are there too!
P.Very happy with my benelli leoncino. Flawless starting performance in sub zero Alexandra winters and no problem handling westcoast downpours of rain. It's a great 500cc twin commuter under 10,000 NZD that has me looking forward to riding to and from work.
J.Great bike store with a cafe upstairs on Carlyle St. Does a nice bacon & egg panini & coffees & pies. Good gear & bike selection. Only store in NZ to buy an MV without Red Baron. Andy is a great owner and he now supplies Enfield & Bennelli & MV after losing Triumph & Moto Guzzi to CMG on Asaph St.
N.Great guys, even if you take a Japanese bike to them. Friendly staff, well equipped store. The cafe is a great asset, try the iced coffee 👌
