M.After a long stint off road bikes and not being able to travel overseas, I decided to get back on two wheels. A lot of looking at second hand bikes and seeing how hard it was to get a good one at a reasonable price, I decided to buy new. The team at Casbolts were fantastic especially Steve. I bought a CMX 500 Rebel along with new riding gear. They looked after me with really helpful advice and were good on price. So if you’re looking for a great shop with a good range and great team check them out.
T.Casbolts Motorcycles have moved to newer, bigger and much better premises. One of the best shops around !
L.Long overdue review here but my experience in dealing with Clive and the team at Casbolts Motorcylces has been awesome. I did a trip down from the North island with a few mates to pick up my new Ducati Monster and the whole team was accommodating and friendly to deal with. They even went out of their way to pick up and repair my mates Harley which broke down at 5pm on a friday shortly after we left the dealership, a bike which they don't stock parts for. None the less they got the job done and all of us back on the road. Extremely happy with the bike and the service, highly recommended to anyone 👌 Cheers team!
S.I told my girlfriend that we were going somewhere to get the blood pumping, she wanted more hints so I said there is rubber, leather a whole lot of accessories and lube.
She was as excited as I was until we got there and became very sulky before she left in an uber, have not seen her since so as a third date location I would try another shop with different accessories, lube and leather products.
The staff are happy to help, I also lost my Girlfriend here (but replaced her with the motorbike), very knowledgeable and the bike is far less expencive.
Very handy CBD location and bike parking outside!

s.Came down from Auckland and purchased a second hand bike through Clive. Started having problems after 1000ks so had repairs done at Auckland prior a trip around South Island problem reaccured during trip so headed for Casbolts in a bad mood.Judith offered loner bike for weekend and Chris cleared his work bench and repaired problem. J.I flew down to Christchurch to pick up a new Ducati Diavel 1260s from Casbolts. I found the whole experience to be awesome, the showroom and products available were vary wide ranging and I walked out with a lot of new gear that I haven't seen in other bike stores. They had the filter in stock an when they couldn't find a lever (30 year old bike, understandable) they referred me to somewhere that could. Thanks for making maintenance easy
