M.We picked up our conquest motorhome on the 01/03/2021.
The team gave us great service.
The GPS was out of date one of the staff spent about 2 hrs on the phone to tomtom to fix it for us. Thank you Tony Peter and the team.
20/01/22 We took the motorhome to get a problem with the slide out fixed. We got great service from Phil and the team. The loaner car was a great touch.

D.We have brought a caravan previously and service was faultless. On our visit today we had a issue with our campervan purchased through Auckland Jayco as Christchurch were unable to supply our new camper when required. The service again was faultless they spent over 4hrs sorting the issue with our fridge a awesome team and spot on service its just a shame they were unable to supply this van.
Would highly recommend to purchase from these guys as after service is amazing well done.
A.Have just had a Water Saver Valve fitted to our Suburban on demand hot water tank. Used to catch 1.5 lites of water before it was fitted now less than 500 Mils if that. Fitted by Jayco Christchurch with the help of Phil and Ivan. I can't recommend them enough awesome service and reasonable price.
If anyone interested must book in at the least with a months Notice.

My problem and my concerns were treated with respect and consideration. I.I have known Peter McWherter for many years. He has developed the business to a stage where the Jaco brand in Canterbury is known and respected throughout the South Island and probably NZ. Peter and his team are great to deal with, quality team, quality product. As indicated I have known Peter for years but nevertheless would not post such positive comments if I didnt believe they were warranted.
