D.Dropped my car off for a service at 9.15am and collected at 2pm. Car was serviced. But not washed. The man said they were to busy. For a $300 service I expect my car to be returned washed. Honda always clean and vacuum my husband's car after a service. Might take mine there next time. 😥😥

S.My car was accidentally damaged while it was being worked on by the service department, which I didn't notice until I got home. I was afraid it would be a case of my word against theirs, but they accepted full responsibility and ordered brand new parts to repair the damage. This has left a lasting impression on me.

J.We just bought a new Corolla and are really happy with everything.
1. Great salesperson. Presented the car and its features and let us make a decision (We had already been to two other dealers to have a look at the competition). Best salesman got things off to a good start because we never felt pressured.
2. Toyota's up-front pricing was better than the others. None of this "Oh, you actually want to drive the car? That will be extra." Everything up-front and included.
3. Great trade for the Hyundai that we were replacing.
4. After sales service is on the ball - very helpful.
5. Just an enjoyable experience that we haven't had previously elsewhere. 6. We didn't buy the insurance package - much better offers elsewhere but that is a minor point.

M.Went to take my Toyota Camry in for it's first service (since I've owned it) and I couldn't praise this place more. Polite friendly staff, a beautiful large showroom and plenty of cars to look at. I got a 2019 Toyota Corolla hybrid as my loan car and I can say I've never had such a great car on loan before. The service went great and I even enjoyed talking to a staff member who showed me the latest Toyota Camry hybrid (which is the car I'd like to upgrade to one day) afterwards. I'll be getting all my services done here from now on and be getting a new car here on day too.

J.When my vehicle was needing a front brake service the staff were very friendly and even gave me a coffee while I waited for my vehicle to be ready.
S.While waiting for my airbag recall to be replaced the staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate. I see they value all their customers. No doubt this will encourage me to seek their services in future.
Y.Purchased a recent Corolla model from Miles Toyota in December. Overall, a flawless experience from test driving to the completion of the paperwork. In particular, I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Tama (Sales) who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellence throughout the whole process. Most friendly and knowledgeable too! Tama even followed up with a courtesy phone call a few weeks after acquiring the vehicle to make sure that everything was going well. S.I cannot say enough about the quality of service and care received from Miles Toyota, notably Tim ten Hove. I helped my daughter purchase a vehicle last week from across the Tasman in Melbourne and was fortunate enough to spot a car at Miles that fitted the bill for her in Christchurch.
Tim did everything he could to ensure that the sale was easy and my daughter was looked after 100%. We are very happy with the car and feel like she will be well looked after in the future if there are ever any problems. Well done team! Not often we get such amazing customer care!!!
