Would give 10 stars if we could. Purchased a car from Lance a few weeks back and the experience was so good that my father just purchased a car from them also. Cars are very well presented, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our workplace needed a new workshop car and we ended up finding what we wanted on their website. A quick call, a little negotiation and we had our new car. We bought it sight unseen but had no worries about it being a quality vehicle. Upon pick up the car was in fantastic condition, had a full 1 year rego and warrant and a full tank of gas. All in all a great experience 👍

My friends recommended me to Morrison Cars so headed straight to them and were accommodated as a family which Lance showed us cars that can suit our family best with all the features and prices. I picked up my new Mitsubishi ASX from Morrison's in Sockburn, Christchurch today. The whole experience from start was relaxing and easy. I had purchased from them my last car and as I wanted a Mitsubishi, it was a no brainer to go back there. I was offered a fair trade for my existing car and was given good info about what model would suit my requirements. No hard sell or pressure and we are very happy with the decision. When I arrived to pick it up it was under wraps in show room for my suprise. Lovely gesture and as this is the first "brand spanking new" car I have bought it made it exciting on a somewhat gloomy rainy day. Would highly recommend Lance and the team at Morrison's. Honest and trustworthy and we will definately upgrade in few years with them again 🙂. I must also mention they were very patient with me as I tend to change my mind alot 🙄 lol...

I bought a Nissan from Lance himself, the Manager of Morrison, and later I sold it back to him as I was about to return to the US. This guy knows the business he is in, and for sure a very important component of it, i.e. costumer service. He goes out of his way to keep his clients satisfied.

Fantastic customer service and competitive priced. We bought our car from Lance from from North Island and were very comfortable buying it without seeing it in person. Lance was very responsive and great communicator. Lance organised for us to be picked up from the airport and taken the car yard. The car was exactly what we expected, excellent. So no surprises. My relationship with Morrison Cars goes back 10 years now. I never before had much faith in car dealers, but Lance is a different breed. Last month I brought a Mazda CX-5 through Lance at Morrison cars. Lance made my purchase super simple and easy. I live in the Hawke’s Bay so everything was done via email and phone calls. He was fast and efficient at replying and keeping in touch. The lady I dealt with via email with all the paper work side of things was excellent too, she made my purchase absolutely stress free. I have brought cars through Morrison previous to buying this Mazda & have never had any issues. Excellent company & staff to deal with, honest vehicle's, chill atmosphere, totally recomend

I purchased a motor vehicle from Morrisons some two months ago and yesterday I encountered a problem. I texted Lance and he responded with in minutes. I explained my two problems and he stated just bring it in, this I did and virtually immediately the mechanics commenced work. Everyone was magnificent explaining what they were going to do. This took them under an hour to repair during this time I was offered coffee and Lance kept me up to date regularly with progress. I felt really comfortable and at ease. There was no charge for this brilliant service and I would recommend this firm to every potential buyer especially elder women on there own. Thankyou Lance.

Such an easy deal! Called ahead about the car I was interested in and it was pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Chatted with Matt for a few minutes after, put some money down, and picked up a few days later with a fresh Rego, WOF and 6 month warranty. Bought my first car here just a week ago. So many great options! The team was extremely helpful, especially Lance and Taash. They gave my car a nice buff and groom before I took it home, and even fit my apple car play in for no extra charges! Taash helped me out quite a lot with my finance and insurance too. I was an out of town purchaser. My buying experience was made seamless, simple and stress free by Jaime who sorted the paper work for me electronically, juggled my phone calls and was an "Angel personified" when I picked my car up; and Matt who took my original call and fast tracked the process for me to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, when I wanted it, right down to picking me up from the airport and transporting me back to the yard. I’m so happy I chose to inquire about purchasing a used car at Morrison Cars! As a traveler visiting NZ for about 7 months time I knew I was going to purchase a used car for my journey. I spoke with Lance Morrison and he worked with me to find the right car in my budget range, and that was the right size for me to sleep in and love out of. He was honest and never made me feel pressured about anything. I was expecting the whole car buying process to take a day or two but at Morrison cars it only took me 2 hours and I left the lot with my new car! He was also able to offer me a buy back deal, which was important for me since I will need to sell the car in 7 months. Morrison was able to provide me with a fully ready to go vehicle with WOF and proof that the car is omg pod condition. They even have their own garage on site to take care of any concerns I had about the cats I was test driving. He even helped me get an insurance quote! Had a minor issue with shock absorbers after purchase of vehicle that wouldn't have been noticed without driving for an extended period. Sorted quickly and with no hassle. Would highly recommend company, will definitely be looking here for any future car purchases and recommending to friends and family.

Cars are in great shape, and you'll get the best bang for your back with their deals. Lance, and the team were extremely helpful and easy to talk with - negotiations wouldn't be a hassle. A few weeks ago, we traded in our old car (which they gave a great price!) and got a new one. The transaction was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend to everyone! Went in with a strict budget and Lance listened, didn't try and upsell me, and told me about the cars they had that fitted my budget, all the while treating me like a customer, not a clueless girl. Thank you. They seemed to have the best budget range on trademe, (as well as a bunch of other vehicles I can't afford) and next time I need a car they will be my first port of call. Am in love with my car and exceedingly happy.

After visiting a few car dealerships, we walked into Morrison Cars in Moorehouse Ave. and was instantly impressed by the professionalism and service. The sales professional answered all our questions seamlessly and it was evident his product knowledge was exceptional. We ended up buying a Honda Odyssey after test driving it. It was exactly what we were after, it was nice to drive, and spacious . We were driving the car almost immediately and the service post purchase has been great too. Couldn't be happier with our Honda Odyssey.

So far, so good. Helpful people like Mike and Matt and John in the service area. Let's continue to hope the car is good too! Update: first experience with aftercare not as good as the talk at point of sale. Problem with the Bluetooth (in contract) and 30 emails were needed and multiple phone calls to get them to sort out. Not impressed. Check that warranty details too as they hide behind it. Second update: visit for rattling, couldn’t be better for the service received by John - sorted straight away.

Very friendly staff, helping you to decide a suitable car for you. Large choice of cars from a wide range of prices. They deal with the subscription and have a good 1 year warranty (excess after 6 months however).

In my lifetime I've met many car dealers; a few good; most indifferent and some - pure rogues. I usually dread the experience of car buying and being patronised. Morrison's, in the form of Lance Morrison and his brother, I can tell you, with experience over several years, is a dealership I always enjoy visiting. I try to get to Christchurch most Summers from the UK. Since 2010 I've been buying a used car from Lance Morrison. At Summers end I sell it back and return to the UK. The help and care I get ensuring a trouble free visit is second-to-none and to my mind beats car hire both on cost and car selection. I do not give endorsements lightly; but Morrison Cars is exceptional and I have no hesitation in commending them to all.

Lance and his whole staff were head and shoulders above what I was expecting from a car dealership. Through phone contacts, emails from far North Island to Christchurch all matters were settled promptly. Even had us picked up at the airport without us asking him to do this. Very easily was able to buy a car from Morrison’s cars, even with myself being based in Queenstown, they happily sent the car for an AA check, and even had one of my friends head in and check the car and give it a test drive, very easy to deal with and even provided free delivery to Queenstown.

Morrisons serviced my wife's car. Called them the day before to book it in. Had a loan car, called me to update what needed doing and had car ready, washed by 4pm. Great service.
