G.First Ford I have owned since the 70's and the first new one I have ever purchased.
Got the run around from the opposition but THF came to the party immediately and have been great to deal with ever since. A couple of small issues were attended to immediately and their service is first class. Service is great and I can definately recommend the Team.

My vehicle got boxed into the car park, but the helpers quickly showed some great reversing skills to squeeze my vehicle out and we enjoyed a laugh together afterwards on a day when the weather was absolute rubbish and they were obviously busy. I really appreciate their help

A.Thang was excellent. Greeted us when we entered the yard. Seen the car on line. Offered coffee and n tea. Bought it. A little bit disappointed - only a quarter of a tank of gas.
M.I recently purchased a used car from Simon. Simon made the whole process very easy and quick.
Follow up service to remedy a few issues that I hadn't picked up on in the initial test drive was also seamless and easy.

T.Outstanding customer service from booking my vehicle in on-line, the experience of dropping it off to collecting the ute post service, to the follow up call the next day.
A full explanation of what was done at the time of the service to receiving a fantastic vehicle wash & tyre black cemented to me that good old fashion customer service still exists!
Looking forward to the next service and seeing the the site completed following its major renovations.

J.Happy staff, I’d give it 5 stars but I had my car serviced (50k service), cost $1350 as quoted and they could not even give it a quick clean or vacuum, my local garage does this even for bay minor work... a bit picky I know, but things like that would keep u coming back ....

S.There's not a lot that's more exciting for a young person than getting their first car. Our then 18 year old daughter was ready to start looking and we wanted her first car to be safe and of decent quality. We spotted the best little immaculate Mini at Hutchies and she fell in love with it. In a way it was a form of compulsory saving for her - paying it off and getting an awesome credit rating in the process. Deb from finance made it super easy and has kept in contact with her along the way. A.We bought a Ford Tourneo from Team Hutchinson Ford to use as a vehicle for our private tour service and we required the vehicle to be passenger service compliant, so it had to have a seat removed and a luggage cage installed. Team Hutchinson Ford really went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was sorted for us at really short notice. We needed this done within 11 days and Nick Hutchinson made sure this was done and even delivered 3 days early on his promise. Some other companies where we enquired about vehicles simply didn't want to get involved with the process but Team Hutchinson Ford were willing to help from the get go. We are very satisfied with the vehicle we've been provided and with the service we received from both Nick Hutchinson and also Deb Thompson-Bee who made the paperwork side of things so smooth and easy. 5 stars!!!
