I am based in the north island but purchased a car from Mark Berry a couple of weeks ago without seeing the vehicle in person. Mark made the entire transaction effortless and he was fantastic to deal with. Down to earth, great service and delivered on what he promised etc. The car was exactly how he described it and i was very happy when it arrived several days earlier then anticipated. We had a couple of issues with the car post purchase but Mark and the team were heroic in attending to these absorbing the costs. Selling to a salesman is among the toughest jobs. So what amazing service from James and Jordan who went well over and above with our purchase of an Audi A3 recently. From the facetime inspection of the car with me at the other end of the country that allowed me to be able to make a decision without even seeing it, to promptly answering all questions, to picking me up from the airport, to the easy test drive and handover. Of significance proper straight up sales representation of quality vehicles with NO stereotypical used car sales bullsh*! They had the best deal and was the cheapest in the country on my dream car i purchased from them and their trade in offer was fair and they negotiated on things for the new car. These guys are not cowboys and have nothing to hide and are straight up and to the point and they have some very good high quality stock. Would like to thank Jordan for purchase of the Audi A6 Quattro, a very nice car great price. Jordan arranged shipping for me late April at purchase, was a no hassle easy arrangement and the vehicle arrived without damaged for my pickup in the north island. Had a minor electrical/battery issue not long after to which Jordan has been very helpful to rectify for me at no cost to myself. The car developed a common fault that diesel do and Jordan had it sorted the next day and was honest and professional throughout the whole deal. Great service and we are loving the Touareg. Came in on a Saturday and both the guys were flat out with other people but were still really helpful and we didn't have to wait too long before we got out on test drive. Once we decided to go ahead on the car, I loved how Jordan took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our niggly questions -especially on the warranty. Certainly had no idea that warranties covered so much! Thanks again guys.
