Fantastic place to buy a car!! Drove all the way from Nelson to come here, and ended up driving away with my own car happy as. Wonderful service from Emily, who put a tonne of effort and making it work, and did it all with a smile. Thanks heaps guys, you're the best!

Posting on behalf of someone. They bought a Nissan Juke about 4 months ago, good staff service and smooth process. However after a car wash today we noticed scratches located in various places which looks to been poorly covered up by one of those fill-in pens. Unsure if it were Turners or the previous owners… either way we weren’t notified of them.

Michael and Les have helped both myself and my partner through finance applicatios to get vehicles from Turners. Michael knew exactly what we wanted and when we returned he showed us to a truck that wasn't previously on sale. Les has been extremely helpful and accommodating with all paper work we filled out and the fact that our son was with us getting fussy. But yeah amazing service and amazing peopel .....5 ⭐

All people at Turners centre were helpful and courteous. The car we were interested in is a bit of an 'unknown' but the report was helpful and we were able to test on a short circuit. I sold my car to Turners Cars Christchurch. The procedure was quite fast and convenient. They work by appointment and were on time in both appointments I had. The amount offered by my car was about ten percent less than I expected, even considering it was a car dealer trade and not a private trade. But since I was in a hurry, it was still a good deal and very convenient. I was payed the next day as agreed. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, including the reception desk and dealer.

With all that is going on at the moment with covid19 Turner's has done a great job to make sure everyone is safe. UPDATE: After the initial review below, we did call Turners to explain the problem. They were willing to have us return the car and offered us $2000 toward the purchase of another car, which we took them up on. While we obviously would have liked a full refund, as $4000 is *a lot* of money for folks like us, we did appreciate some flexibility on their part. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a car for $4000. It ran fine for about a month, and then the check engine light came on (even if we'd first brought it to a mechanic, it wouldn't have shown up yet). After about $1000 worth of tests and checks, we found out that to be fixed, we'd need to spend another $4000. I wasn't expecting greatness when I spent that money on a car, but I think I deserve about a year's worth of safe driving. Buyer beware: be cautious of Turners.

Perfect spot to buy cars. From budget to that special one you always wanted. Depending on your preference, you can drive out with your car in about two hours as financing is also handled in-house.

I have been looking for some time for another car and Turners website is so easy to find what you're looking for. You can print, email and put onto your watchlist and book a test drive all through the webpage. So easy. All the staff we dealt with, from the guy that met us at the door, the salesman and the girls in the office were wonderful and everything was done with a smile. I would go back to Turners when looking for another car, great service.

This dealership is excellent. I bought a car that ended up having a bad motor in it. Without any Hassel at all, they took the car in for diagnostic services and gave me a loaner no questions asked. They could not fix the engine as it exceeded the price of the vehicle but offered right away to refund my money or use it towards another car. The serviceman I delt with (Cody) was extremely nice and bent over backwards to help me out. This is the best dealership I have ever bought from, and I will be purchasing my next vehicle as well from them for certain. My highest recommendation goes out to them due to this manager.

Don't sell your car here! They have their own market prices based off precedents. I was offered 5k for my 2006 skyline but was able to sell it on Trademe for 10k. Had no issues with buying another car here however! This was via auction and managed to get it lower than standard market prices. Thus I am giving them 3/5.

Bought a car today, it had $8900 on the car in the showroom, I got it for $8400, checked on line when I got home and the online price was $8400, I thought I was getting a bit of money off, a bit disappointed with that, I hope there are no hidden problems after I was made to think I had saved $500. Make sure you check the price online with the price in the store so you don’t pay too much.
