We had a tire blow out on our Avondale Eagle, it took out all the gas lines and power lines, the job the team did is amazing!. Very friendly easy to deal with and clearly take pride in their work. Would not go anywhere else 😁

We are away on holiday and had a problem with our water pump. We phoned Ben who was so helpful , Said the pump would need to be replaced. He sent a new one by courier that day we received in less than 24 hrs. Amazing service, thanks so much Ben and Penny. Happy happy customers Dennis and Jennifer.

Recently had a problem with our Alde compact 3010 wet central heating system. The PCB (electronic board) had died leaving us in Queenstown with not heating or hot water. I popped into the store and was greeted by two lovely ladies who went out of their way to check they had the part in stock and that in fact due to the age of the boiler was still the right part etc. once this was confirmed the helped soften the blow ($$$) by offering a nice discount on the part. When I got home, I installed the new board and tested the system and all was working again as it should be. Thanks for all your advice and great customer service. Every time I go into buy something I am well looked after by the team who clearly know their stuff around these UK caravans. Thanks team and keep up your great work ! Cheers

Has a Wannabe Caravaner I today visited UK Caravans and the help and attention to my questioning was remarkable. I'll be back UK Caravans from Budgie. Update, After a few months as a Resident Caravaner I had a toilet flushing problem, took the parts to UK caravans, Ben looked at them, gave them a two minute test, told me the problem, sold me the $5 part, returned to my caravan put things back together, it works. Popped into UK Caravans this morning to check out their stock of Caravans. Great facilities, vans nicely displayed in very tidy surroundings. Salesperson greeted us and after a quick chat and some general recommendations, left us to explore at our leisure. Although we didn’t see anything that immediately grabbed our attention or wallet, I was impressed by the hassle free shopping and the wide range of tidy vans. Based on our initial experience, this would be a company that we would be happy to take a second look when compared to similar dealers where once was well enough. Well done UK Caravans.

Absolutely brilliant service and products! They are very helpful and Penny is on the ball with everything. I bought the Savanna awning. I stayed in New Plymouth and within 3 days it was delivered. I bought one of the biggest awnings which included all the side panelsth for my USA caravan. Best quality material, stitching etc. that I've ever seen! I've been through a few rain and wind stoms and the awning took it with ease! Not a drop of water leaked through. Excellent product and easy to convert it to any size and type caravan!
