Got dropped off to pickup car as arranged, wasn't quite ready and explained why, had a nice coffee waiting in the lounge then advised it realistically wouldn't be ready due unforeseen issues explained. Arranged to drop me off. Ok so I didn't get the car but kept me updated and provided solution and follow up. Good service in my books.
