Been in recently to get parts for an old 91 Big Bear - no problems at all and extremely helpful and friendly service from Dave. Even printed off diagrams from the service manual to assist me in the joy I expect to have in changing the oil filter!

I will swear by MCR as the best motorbike shop till the day I die. SUPERB service, going out their way to help customers however possible. Service/workshop prices a little high, but when you need that professional touch, it's just worth it

Couldn't recommend MCR any more than I do already. They made the experience in purchasing my first motorbike a very pleasant and easy one. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just had the first service done on my bike there and it was done very quickly (considering I didn't have it booked in) and at a reasonable price!

Fantastic people. Awesome service. Got a double puncture somewhere near Owaka in the Catlins. Tire repair gear turned out to be less useful, used a tire pandau. Called MCR, they said come on in. Arrived after closing time and they sorted me out, offered creature comforts and sent me on my way. So good. Lifesavers. Let me put this in perspective. I am on a 5000km ride and well away from my local stomping ground. Yay MCR!

The service I received may have been questionable a while ago, it didn't put me off my motorbike dream. The manager did make contact. I still have that bike. Local boys local business I wish MCR the best. I may have been to excited about taking my son out and over reacted on my half.

Bloody awesome buggers, customer service at it's best... And I didn't even have a Yamaha. The service guys helped with a brake issue while I was riding round the sth island back in March. By the time I had a coffee around the corner my pushrod was fixed and the bike was back on the road minutes later.

Called in late on a wet Sat for a tyre change on a bike i just bought , they stayed open well after closing time for me and swapped out 2 tyres i brought with me to get me back to ChCh. Nothing's a hassel for these great bunch of guys, much appreciated cheers :)

Awesome lifesavers! I had a nightmare to fit battery and they sent a guy out to fit it for me with in an hour. He was clearly more concerned with helping me out than he was with money and charged me a very reasonable price. They get ALL of my bike business from now on.

I dealt with the owner himself after walking in there 3months ago. The service that I have received was top notch. Don't go to McEiever Veitch Suzuki/KTM/Harley Davidson. The service there was poor,as brst to describe that place. At least at the Yamaha shop in Dunedin. They have awesome service. Ask you, what you would like. And guide you in the right direction. I ended up paying for the right bike, within my price range. And yet, it was exactly what I was looking for. So thank you Yamaha Dunedin, for giving me a great deal and a bike that suits my needs. Quick and painless. And left with a smile on my dial 😊. Service from the helmet expert. Great too.5 stars for service and price. Today. Cheers to the team at Yamaha Dunedin. 😊

Just rode my Triumph Daytona 675 after getting a 20,000km service and a tune at MCR in Dunedin. The results are far better than I had hoped. The bike is so smooth now. After recently buying the bike I was not really happy with the fueling and decided the dyno was the best place to sort it out. Having not really dealt with MCR much I wasn't sure if they would have the right experience with these bikes and dyno tuning. How wrong was I !!! These guys did an excellent job and I could not be happier, they even have a 10% discount card in store for reducing labour costs. Very friendly and open about the work being done. Big thanks to Hamish, Brad and Issac. Would definitely recommend them.

I walked into MCR for the first time a couple of weeks ago to see if they had any 50cc scooters and was surprised to see Jeremey Beath there as he sold me my first 50cc scooter at M&V quite a few years earlier. Jeremey was outstanding and went to great lengths to help me choose a scooter, including a long test drive of a brand new scooter, advice on licensing, who to contact for riding lessons and handling and even skipping his own lunch break to take me across town with a 125cc scooter for a private road test ride. He was available by email, phone and text message with very quick turnaround times. I ended up buying the 125cc scooter and for a stellar price with a great deal on some extras. Jeremey is a genuine nice guy and a credit to MCR. Thanks Jeremey, you're a star!
