R. N.Speedy and professional service. Staff went out of their way on a busy day to see to my needs, and when we discovered a booking was needed for repairs, it was within a week. Staff had great product knowledge, and were able to talk me through the process. Top-shelf service!
M. T.They are ok. They will get their mechanics to do what you want if you know exactly what the problem is, but will not help problem solve and just shrug their shoulders or add pointless comments which tend to just be self serving (ie prophets of doom that require you spend pointless sums of money to serve their purposes. They told me countless things worth thousands of dollars could be wrong for example when in reality it was just an air filter.. and that my vehicle was largely an annoyance to them). Their service management is a bit flippant, dismissive and light on hands on experience and knowledge and their actual staff are too busy doing the work to help fault find. I'd use them again though if I had no choice since the actual work was solid.
I wouldn't go see them unless I knew exactly what I wanted them to do, since I suspect their plan is to tend towards a kind of vague drama if you can't be specific.

L. G.I went in to get a new headlight adapter for my Mazda 3, but they didn't sell the part. The lady referred me to another place that might have the part. I was frustrated as I walked out because I knew the part I needed just was down at the bottom of my engine bay! I randomly get approached by one of the guys working that work at the garage, he sees that I'm frustrated and asks me if I'm ok, I begin to explain to him my situation and with no hesitation he trys to help me get it! We got it! TOP MAN TOBY! Will definitely get my service and repairs done here from now.
