Solid across the board. Best service I've ever had at a car dealership. I bought a little Swift, the cheapest (used) car on the lot and the boys at HB Nissan still went above and beyond. Heath from sales was a genuinely good bloke, was happy to let me do my thing and dug up whatever info I asked for about the car even when I gave him a hard time about the price. Paul the principal dealer although he seems kind of grumpy is actually a really nice guy and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything along the way. And after the car came back from the groomers with a foggy headlight the guys said not to worry, they'll fix it up free of charge. Mark from service was also great organising the replacement headlight and kept me in the loop all along the way. To be honest didn't feel like I was dealing with a car dealership, just a bunch of guys wanting to help out. 10/10 would buy again and I'm not even that keen on Nissans.

Excellent. I live in Auckland but purchased a new car from Hawkes Bay Nissan. Everything was organised prior to me arriving in Hawkes Bay they even picked me up from the airport. Customer service was excellent and they made sure I had a good understanding of the cars features before I left. Excellent work from the team at Hawkes Bay Nissan.

We found the car on TradeMe and since the car wasn't in our home town we were a bit nervous - if that's the right term to use - regarding buying a car you cannot test-drive. We were surprised by the efficiency and fast communication we received regarding the information required. Now we DO understand that it is in the best interest of a seller to accommodate any requests a potential buyer has to facilitate the sale, but we found that the people at Nissan went a notch further than the usual, including a full tank at pickup. The service and ease of transaction is not a given these days, so full marks for them! ;-)

Rung around the whole of hawkes bay for someone to check out my timing ,had no luck with anyone even DSL, Gave Nissan a call and without hesitation they said yes well take a look ,within a day if dropping it off ,it was ready to collect the next morning with issues resolved. superb customer service/workmanship.

In entering this Dealetship Ones first point of call could be any Staff. I was "Welcomed" and "Greeted" by the Geoff who does the Car and Detailing in the yard. Nice work Pristine cars Great guy to meet. From Geoff He introduced me to "John Walsh - Sales Consultant". His mannerism. Gentle approach. Friendliness WAS well worth my/our eventually investing in a 2019 Qashqai ST". John WASNT a "pushy" Sales person BUT One who genuinely CARED about the customer's needs rather than a sale. I was impressed with His attitude Mannerism Politeness and knowledge of what Nissan offered in the line of new and used vehicles Signed and Sealed Our buying. From John We were referred to "Chris Southworth" Finance Consultant. HE was so so so helpful. Willing to help us understand the financial terms/conditions and details.
