I got a little Alicraft fishing boat with a 1996 Mercury 25 hp outboarder which was getting a bit age-worn....The engine wasn´t running entirely smooth anymore plus a couple of cables/hoses needed replacement. I went to the shop twice before I made the actual appointment and both times I disturbed Phil, their senior mechanic I assume, in his lunch break. Don´t you believe he was short-spoken because of that. He ran me very friendly and precisely through his suggestions and the costs. And the actual work they did (full service and repairs) absulutely matched the first good impression! My regular boat service in the future!
