P.I had a great experience with Brendan foot. Recently buy Mitsubishi Outlander. Byron was very professional and exceedingly polite. He took his time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process go very smoothly and I am happy with my purchase. They did great job on paint protection, dashcam, window tints and all other accessories. Most important thing is that they give delivery on promised date.
M.Happy with my new car. I decided against trade in as the price given was not even close to market price, so sold it privately for 5 x more than the trader offer. Got a good deal on new captiva though and have had no issues with any service or maintenance. Got email and text reminders when things were due which was really helpful
M.We like Cameron so when we buy our next car it will be with him! Super friendly and helpful - no hard sales pitch - interested in what we wanted AND what we didn't want. Didn't hover and gave us space to just look around.
B.I'm sure the sales team do a solid job, especially given the review average here, although this is perhaps in contrast to their service department during a recent experience, especially as far as costs are concerned. A family member had a WOF and service done with Brendan Foot. On the positive side, their communication was good, getting a green light before going ahead with any work to be done, and providing updates on progress/costs along the way. Even so, the final bill was exorbitant. They also provided no breakdown in terms of a cost per hour for labour as is the case at other workshops we've come across. In this example, labour is listed as a single lump sum on the invoice. Because of experiences like this, I'm a huge advocate for the use of a fully transparent independent workshop over dealerships, as I find it hard to believe that the expense of a dealer's service department represents value for money or quality of workmanship when compared to a trusted local mechanic.
M.Staff are friendly and helpful which is always good between them and the mazda dealers you have a lot of vehicles to choose from
K.Anthony and Chad at the Mitsubishi section were great to deal with. They gave me a better deal than I could get in Tauranga. Efficient service and very helpful. The Ute was everything I wanted and with A1 service to boot. My parents have dealt with Brendon Foot for years and have just purchased a new Mitsubishi as well.

I.They didn't follow the official guide on how to service a smart key and made a little damage while opening it. Not the experience you'd expect from the official dealer 🤷
